1900 Park Fare and my reservation that didn't happen - The DIS Discussion Forums

I am so upset!

I have been looking consistently for a few months for a breakfest opening at the 1900 PF for Friday or Saturday the 28 or 29th of Sept.

THis morning i saw one but at work, our computers lock up and it ends up timing out (PREHISTORIC>>>>).

SO, I went on to the dining resercations website, saw a 9:20 available and called the dining number.

The CM on the phone was so not pleasant. She asked for my dining reservation numbers, and I replied that I didn't have them but could she look them up a different way. She didn't reply, so I said it again and logged on to the Disney reservation website finally getting in.

She answered, oh, nevermind. we went through a serious of questions. I told her I would like the 1900 PF reservation for the 29th at 9:20. She went on asking me if i was making any other ressies, making changed, etc, because she wanted to remove any resercations first before making any new ones. I told her that its there and if we could just snag it up before its taken, id really appreciate it!! :-) However, after a 20 minute phone call waiting for her to do things her way, it was GONE! I asked repeatedly if we could just get that one done first!!! she just kept doing it her way!! She was really rude, and never said sorry, never said anything polite, and jsut said she wanted to get this done before that, etc.

I figured that they would want to try and snag up such a highly requsted buffet. With 16 days to go, I am so sad that i am still having to keep checking after months of waiting! I did do the survey at the end of the phone call and hopefully with pixie dust we will be able to get the ressie we want. I am so bummed!!!

So..if anyone is canceling a Breakfast ressie for those 2 days please message me. We love the GF!!

Aw Im sorry. I think you had the same CM I did. i called to change my phone number on a ressies and she cancelled 3 of them! ARGGGG! and I couldnt get them back

OH MY GOSH!!!!

Thats terrible! Im so sorry!! I should be complaing or bummed then compared to that!!

maybe you can keep trying like I will and one of us will get lucky!!

My kids are not big cans of those characters and it allowed us to grab a ts at Dtd... Really close to por our resort.... So the am will be spent poolside head to lunch at Dtd, hit up Disney quest, them dinner at trex, then some shopping... More of a relaxed day.
