Question about declaring articles when you return?

Thanks so much for all the great info - I think I understand and I even know what I am going to keep my receipts in. I had made a coupon holder thing and decorated it with cute vinyl Disney designs but wasn't sure what I was going to put in it - well now I know - it will be a great place to keep receipts! Which will be weird because honestly when I am on vacation I usually throw away all the receipts because I don't keep track if that on vacation.
