Galveston New Itinerary Parks Question

Of course we want to the included transportation and park hopper tickets. But, we're also HUGE Harry Potter fans. We don't fly, so visiting Florida is a rare chance for us, but it is only for 1 day. I know this may sound crazy, but we're just brainstorming possibilities at this point.

Is it possible to go to WWoHP (I understand it is ony a part of IOA, but we're really only drooling for WWoHP), for part of the day, then go to Animal Kingdom and spend the rest of the day there? How much time (approx) does this take and what would transportation be like?

It could be done. I would say you could probably get a taxi for about $50 each way including tip. We went to Universal the year wizarding world opened and did it in the morning.

Animal Kingdom often closes earlier than the other parks... Do you get a hopper and what time do you need to head back to port?

Thanks everyone! Still undecided, but these are the fun kinds of decisions.

I'd want to go to Typhoon Lagoon vs. the 4 parks. I wonder if the included ticket could be used for that?

Hmm that's a good question. Water parks aren't included in park hoppers unless it's the ones you purchased with water parks added to the ticket/extras plusses whatever they are called now I can't keep up LOL

But yeah that's a good question if maybe that might be allowed instead of the parks. Even if transportation is to one specific park or TTC you should be able to then somehow use disney buses to get to the water park anyway. hmmm

There was a recent post by someone who'd done the water parks. The hoppers you get are not upgrade able to plus options.
If you go to the water parks either from PC by your own transportation or resort hopping from one of the four main parks, you will be paying face value for the water park tickets at the gate.
