Ugh.....Slow start here! Either it's raining or muggy as all get out
BUT I'm at 60/900. It's supposed to cool down over the next few days so I hope I can rock out some serious "hit the streets" time.

30 minutes on the treadmill

175/700

We had our first "check in" weigh in Wednesday for my work challenge, in 3 weeks I lost 8.6 pounds. I had the highest percentage lost out of individuals and my teammate and I are in the lead! I can't believe we came out ahead of the guys participating! That is pure motivation to keep it up for the rest of the 9 weeks left in the competition! Although I will NOT give up pooh's puffed French toast during our trip next month! I mean a girl's gotta live, right?!?

You are awesome!!!!! Congratulations! Keep up the great work. You should be really proud of yourself.

I did 60 minutes on the elliptical last night and 30 minutes on the bike, watching the first 90 minutes of "The Hunger Games" on my ipad. LOL! That puts me at 720/1800.

I just finished a 40 minute Tabata workout (DVD) and a 5 minute cool-down/stretch. This was my first time doing a Tabata workout & it was HARD, but I powered through

180/1500 another 20 minutes on elliptical this morning

Probably won't get in any exercise tomorrow due to work and soccer games and company. I am giving 4 massages tomorrow but I don't count work. I was running around all afternoon picking up the kids, grocery shopping, soccer practice for DD7. I'm wiped. DD12 has a friend sleeping over so the elliptical is not usable.

Hey I know I'm a little late to the party but I would love to join for 1000 minutes this month. It will be tough with my new schedule but hopefully this will help me find the time to get it done.

I have done a run that was 75 minutes and 30 minutes of yoga so far this month. So that puts me at 105/1000
