Congrats on your half marathon, Ted, that's great!

57 minute walk/run today in wonderful cool temps!

Total 391 / 1000

Happy to be getting the minutes in, but they're almost all runs, need to get back to strength training, even if they are just short workouts.

Have a great week everyone!

Why would you put Ivy in the title if it's never going to come up again?

Long run today~ 137 minutes

Remembering 9/11 today. I grew up 10 miles outside of NYC and lived in the DC area on 9/11/01. The devastation that rocked our world in so many ways is still with us today.
It was a really emotional run for me today, but kind of cathartic.
Does anyone ever have runs or workouts where the emotions just flow?
I feel like kind of a nutball.

New total: 581/1600

That's why I love running. I run alone so I get that "me" time. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I'm joining you on that plateau. I need a push, so this is it!

30 minute jog on the lake trail with DH and DD in the jogger. It was a picture perfect evening. I get sad this time of year because days like this are numbered before the cold dreary weather starts to move in!
