I didn't think about tea tree oil.

I just use coconut oil after the bath.

I'm afraid it would be a major mess to clean up. Its real coconut oil. You get it in a solid. Think crisco. It does turn into a liquid when heated though.

DH did manage to get a picture of her with her friends when he went to pick her up. Unfortunately, there is a shadow across DD's face

Oh well, at least I have a picture from the first day

I texted DD and asked how it went. Her response: Well, it wasn't totally sucky.

I asked if she found her classes OK and her response was: kinda

(again)

She was with her friends so she didn't want to text the details. So I guess I will get the full story when I get home

Oh, another one....

I asked DH what DS said about his first day. He said was "dd" a bad kid because I don't think the teacher likes me (DD had the same teacher for 4th grade).

DH assured him that DD wasn't a bad kid and that the teacher was probably just trying to get settled. She will warm up when she gets to know everyone. Although I think DS is right, I don't remember her being too warm and fuzzy
