I agree with this and also a foot soak! Body Shop has nice foot stuff. Or just the peppermint epsom salts. Also... bring multiple pairs of shoes and alternate for diff days - that helps me a lot!

Good Morning All....(Good Afternoon and Good Evening also)

I got a late start today because I had to drop off the kids at school for their first day. I completely forgot to get a picture of DD before we left the house and when we got to the school, it was a total madhouse of cars
So DD just asked me to drop her off, that she was fine on her own. Now I don't have a picture of DD on her first day of High School

Luckily I had an hour between when DD's school started and DS's started, so I had time to take pictures of him in front of his school.

Ummmm peppermint epsom salts. That sounds so nice. I use the lavendar epson salts when I need a good soak. And I'm not talking about the purple stuff. Soaking in epson salts is also the best ways to absorb magnesium.

Oh, I used to have a Peppermint Foot Cream from the Body Shop. I loved that stuff! Do they still make it? It has been ages since I bought it.

I have not soaked in Epsom Salts, in ages......

I am thinking that I should go by the drug store once I land, grab a big bag and just soak every night after I get back to the hotel....

I have Fibro and when I am having a bad flair.... the epsom really works. But be careful about using it to often. It dries you out really bad.

That is too funny that you say that. The other night I walked outside to DH's shop and it was very warm and still out. DH asked me if I had the earthquake kit out. I asked why and he said because it was earthquake weather.
Personally, with the warm air, humidity and the sound of air conditionings running, it seemed more like Texas weather to me

Do ya'll really notice a difference on the weather before an earthquake?

For a good soak every now and then it is great stuff. But I know the peppermint lotion would be great too.
