Running headphones
Which ones do you like best? I am using my apple earbuds now, and they won't stay in, I feel like I keep fighting with them on my runs. I don't want to spent a ton of money, but don't want super cheap ones too! I want them to stay in my ears!!!

I have been using Yurbuds on my journeys. I've tried a few different ones and most fell out. I kept trying and finallay have found something that works for me. I think Yurbuds have 2 different styles.
I hope you find something that works for you. If you ever get a chance to get to one of the larger running event expos, you might try them out to see if you like them. That is what I did. |

I also use Yurbuds. I have just the basic white ones, and they have never fallen out! Even if I have just one in, it stays put!

Yurbuds but I tried the ones that fit in the ear canal but didn't like them so now I have the ones that go over my ear. Think they were $30 at walmart.

I have earphones from Brookstone that loop around my ears. They work well for my workouts whether running or cross training at the gym.

In the company's defense, they did offer to replace the ends at no charge. So you have that guarantee.

I bought the SnuggBuds at the Princess Half Marathon Expo this past February, have used them 3 times a week ever since and they are awesome, they don't fall out and it comes with 2 bags of 3 different size of the rubber part that goes in your ear (sorry don't know what the right term is ) so you get a perfect fit. I love them

I've got a pair of skullcandy I got at Walmart. They come in cute colors and fit in your ear way better than the apple buds.... never knew what I was missing! The only thing i semi-dislike about them is that the cord is super long. Depending on where your ipod is, this could be a benefit OR annoying.

I used Skull Candy too (in pink, of course!) and like that there are different size rubber bits to find the ones that fit you best. I agree though that the cord is too long and I end up holding it in my hand when I run to keep it from thwapping me the whole time. I have tried tucking it in, binding it, etc, and end up back to holding it. But the buds are great!

For some reason I gave a very difficult time with headphones. I have never found any type of earbuds that work for me. They always fall out of my left ear (why the left one I have no idea). I don't want "over the ear" for running or walking and I also don't like anything with a headband. The only kind that work for me have some sort ear "clip" to hold them in place - and even there I have found exactly ONE style that I find comfortable. They are made by Sony and called MDR-J10. They usually come in blue or black though I've seen them in other colors. They are $10 and I actually wish Sony would make a more expensive version with better speakers. I live in fear that they will stop making these, they are, quite literally the only headphones I've ever found that I like. Now I think if it, maybe I should stock up!
