GREAT! We'll see the early show and enjoy ourselves for a little while (not sure we'll stay out past midnight because we're such early risers), but this helps! Thanks!

Thanks for sharing! I booked 2 sideways cabins for our cruise in February, but a GTY rate has popped up. I was tempted to switch to that to save a little. After these pics, I'm reminded of why I wanted to try the sideways cabins. They look SOOOO much better than the 11B 'normal' cabin we had on our last cruise! I love it. I don't know how I'll manage on the Fantasy, if we book her next. I can't imagine having any less space.

So do u guys think its better to keep my Magic 6515 sideways cabin then try for the VGT rate? I would be gambling by hoping they would offer this.....after reading this thread I thought I might just keep what I have?

My FP is due feb 24th so I have a few weeks to decide and cancel and rebook if they put the VGT rate out there. Thanks!

Photos posted are included as actiive links to the OP's webshots account. The OP either stopped sharing the folder in webshots or moved/removed the photos.

I wanted to see them as well.

Here is the layout of a "sideways" room, on the Magic/Wonder. It may be the mirror version of this, for the ones on the other side, but layout is the same.

Thumbs up Sideways cabin 6015

Here is my web page with the pics from our sideways cabin on the Magic last summer. After cruising in verandah cabins, we really liked this cabin and would choose it again if/when we cruise in an inside again.

Just back

We just got home in the wee hours of this morning from our 6 night Western cruise on the Magic out of Galveston with our grandson. Stayed in cabin 6515 and loved it. This is the second side-ways cabin we have stayed in. Always try to book one if available. Don't think anyone would be disappointed in it for an inside cabin.

Great pics You mentioned a fridge in the room. Are all the coolers fridges now on the Magic? We requested one for my DD's meds but was told they're still coolers and fridges are first come first serve.
