Season 6

Tuesday, September 4th on Bravo @9pm.

The sixth season of Bravo's hit docu-series Flipping Out returns with demanding designer Jeff Lewis and his ever changing, yet always entertaining, staff at Jeff Lewis Designs. In the new season Jeff’s business continues to be more centered on interior design than house flipping, but he still manages to turn the lives of everyone around him upside down. As Jeff wrestles with a growing business, new staff members, a slate of crazy clients and a renovation of his own, his life is becoming a mess so big not even his faithful maid, Zoila, can clean it up!

The sixth season of Flipping Out finds Jeff and his trusty assistant and sidekick, Jenni Pulos, busier than ever in both their business and personal lives. Jeff and his partner, Gage Edward, have purchased a home with the intention of settling down and starting a family. Their dream home on Gramercy begins to turn into a nightmare, however, when costs and delays on a massive renovation of the property begin to put a strain on their relationship. Meanwhile, Jenni's boyfriend finally popped the question, forcing Jenni to juggle her responsibilities to Jeff while planning a destination wedding in Chicago. As Jenni becomes overwhelmed with the wedding plans, Jeff steps in to help her create the fairy tale wedding of her dreams.

Unsure of what Jenni’s long-term goals are, Jeff decides to hire an eccentric, new, design assistant, Andrew, to pick up the slack at the company. Gage becomes frustrated by the new employee’s inappropriate behavior and questionable work ethic, but Jeff defends Andrew's place in the company until he discovers in a shocking revelation that Andrew isn't who he seems to be. Zoila and Jeff continue to have their ups and downs, but, with the strain of moving in to the Gramercy house, tension between the two mounts and in a shocking development Jeff actually considers letting her go.

LOVE this show! Jeff is evil, sick and twisted but I LOVE IT!!! He's like a wicked train wreck that I can't look away from. Can't wait for the season to start!

Love Jeff and Co! Jenny is hysterical when she does her altar ego Deb! I was watching reruns of this show today and Jeffs antics are too much! But I love him! Can't wait for the new season! I'm so happy for Jenny!

SOOOOO WHO WATCHED???

I am just so HAPPY for JENNI! I watched all that went down with her ex and he just was hiding so much from her. Very sad when their marriage broke up. AND now she is just so happy AND to marry a SURGEON!

Ya, Jeff was his usual RUDE self but at times amusing.

Gage is back … Jett is gone. Ziola is back and so is Lupe.

The new fellow, Andrew is great. I like him. There is a new office girl named Viviane.

After watching the last episode, I felt a little sick to my stomach (and this coming from a gal who LOVES Jeff, I mean loves him

). If Andrew really is the way they portray him, then he seems mentally ill or a pathological liar, and everyone (especially Jeff) really bullied him. If he's a plant to provide drama for the show, is it just him or has everyone else been told to act it up when it comes to his storyline? It's just creepy, IMHO....

I did LOVE Zoila's bday party, though, and her response to the car. It made me tear up! I would watch a show that was just based around her

OMG … last week and this week with the continued bullying of Andrew.

It appeared to me he was doing a great job at LISA's house as they had ONE week to get it all in order for Lisa and her DH.

And like you, I really love Jeff BUT it was nasty these past 2 weeks. Not only Jeff, but Gage, Jenni and Vivianna all joined in whether they said things or not … IMHO, the laughing at Andrew was just as bad as saying mean things to him.

That's why part of me hopes that it's staged, and that they are all in on it, because I don't like to think that they're really that mean. Maybe it's a case of "let's make this story arc because it'll be good for ratings".

I just find it hard to believe that Jeff would *really* have entrusted a personal house key to someone like Andrew if he really had that many doubts about him...

Last night was freaky. And BTW, didn't Jeff get Zoila a car last year? Or was it the year before and she got the facelift last year? Loved the outtake with her giving Jeff the finger. She needs her own spinoff.

Last year she got the facelift (what a painful gift!), and I assume these are leased vehicles he's "giving" her, so maybe it's a two year lease and she gets a new one every other year?!?

She definitely could have her own show! (And I wonder if Jenny might what with marrying the doctor and all...)
