What a great evening. I'm surprised you didn't get in on the tequila shot action.

Yes - I am pushed the wrong language on Spaceship earth before, on purpose.

Yeah for a new dress.

Yes - rope drop should be easy, but I suspect its not going to be.
I need to remember to put in that same request for Oct. Maybe this time I will actually watch IllumiNations from the room?

Tequilla shots would have resulted in me bent over a garbage can or my head in the toilet. I do hear some tequillas are really smooth and go down easy but I am afraid.
Put it on the list for Oct. as long as someone can walk me back to the room I am good.

I may have a picture of it later int he trip. I wore it July 4th but I have to see if I have a picture of me in it to show.

Yes Rope drop should be easy.

It is so nice and peaceful. Like a walk in a really safe neighborhood at night.

A fiesta margarita is always good.

Agreed on all counts.

Thanks, I needed that!

What happened to: if you can't beat 'em, join 'em?

It was a great room.

NOT that commando.. the one where you run around like a crazy person and wear yourself out by day 2.

Glad I could help.

Only join them when it is NOT tequilla.

Fun night...but I really want to see the dress!!

No shots for you huh

I love the fact that you just enjoyed Illuminations and didn't try for pictures. Sometimes those are the best memories of all.

I think I need to do SE in another language in Oct.
That request is going in again.
Hopefully I have a picture of me in the dress. If not I will get one in DL for sure. IT is already packed.

No tequilla shots. Add it to the list for Oct.

I have the best memories of IllumiNations. MAgical that night. Just perfect.

SE in another language - On the list.

Love your princess picture in front of the castle!! Cute dress.

Loved your pictures of Fantasyland. They only had one dumbo open and the barnstormer when we were there. Can't wait to see more of it in November.

Oooh, I love your pictures of the Beach Club. I scored us two nights (for now) in November. I am so giddy with excitement. I have never stayed there.

Great evening in Epcot. I hope we can catch Illuminations this trip. We have only seen it once. We are usually too tired and back in the room before it starts.
I am doing the same . Hard to keep up.

The pink one and the one I bought in The AA pavillion are in the suitcase for DL.

You need to explore more in Nov.

YAY for BCV stay. YOu will love it.

PUt a request in for a high floor with EPCOT view. Then you can watch from the room.

Fabulous night in Epcot. The night pictures of WS are just beautiful.
I need more time back in Storybookland or New Fantasyland.

I love WS at night.

Tiptoe through the roses

Monday July 2
With a wonderful night of peaceful slumber in my DVC digs, it was time to get up and get going and head to rope drop at EPCOT. You would think would be ultraeasy considering I am steps away from the IG.

NOT. I was so in love and relaxed that I took my time AND…..

Missed Rope drop by that much HOW HORRIBLE!!
Getting here by 9:04am

As a result I had a wonderful stroll with virtually nobody around.

As I wandered in through the IG and by the BRAVE games

Somehow I think these guys are cute in a mischievous way.

Some of the roses.

Of course my walk was to Soarin’ to pick up a FP and then ride Standby

Time stamp shows 9:19 so not rope drop but not much after… NOT horrible

Boarding group

And YES I take pictures Of Puddy.

I am certain that breakfast was eaten at Sunshine Season after Soarin’ but no pictures

Horrible I know. I think you are seeing how this is going?
While in the Land what better way to wait for the FP window than a ride.

Next time HM of the Land.

Loving all of the BCV pics. We are hoping to rent points for BCV studio for our next trip. So glad to hear how you're enjoying it.

So far still not horrible...

Beautiful roses!!! I can almost smell them!

Missing rope drop by only four minutes isn't too bad. With a room at BCV, I would have taken even more time to get motivated. LOL.

That's the way we felt when we stay at Animal Kingdom and at Wilderness Lodge. They were so welcoming and relaxing, and we were fine with just hanging out.

I am going to be borrowing that secret entrance for a few days in March thanks to Marc and Anita, and I am pretty doggone excited about that.

It was raining, and this was closed when we went by there, so the girls never got to enjoy it.

Joining the party a bit late but happy to be here. Hoping to do a better job of keeping up this go-round.

Score on the room location! It looks like I will be your neighbor for at least a few days in Oct. Can't wait!!

I may have to try SE in another language too.

So you strolled into Epcot with no crowds (walked from the resort, by the way), got to enjoy WS atmosphere and then walked straight onto Soarin'? I'm not sure a day can start any better than that.

Aaaahhhh! The pics from your room at BCV take me right back there. I think we may have had that exact room (or one very close) last year. The view looks the same and I did really enjoy watching Illuminations from the balcony.

So far your horrible trip seems pretty great!! (BTW, very impressive about the rope drop time. We've never made it yet!)
