I also like very spicy food and was wondering if you can get them to spice things up for you? Lastly, what bread did you like most? I am tempted to ask for all naan as that's my favorite by far usually.

mine was all white meat chicken breast chunks. very tender & moist.

in regards to the heat factor, the server said "7" so i was expecting it to be spicier. however, i eat spicy every day (i'm korean) so my heat scale might be different from another person. he said that there was sriracha cooked into the sauce so maybe you can ask for some on the side or even some sambal (as it's also offered as a sauce for the bread appetizer). my friend who doesn't eat spicy every day thought the chicken dish was spicy.

as for the bread, naan is something you can get at any indian place at almost no extra charge...try the onion kulcha & paneer paratha. both are very authentic and exceptionally yummy. but out of the two, i liked the paneer paratha over the onion kulcha. i never really order these in town as it's extra and eating indian is already an expensive meal.

my bread service counted as my appetizer so that was another plus! the bread service could easily serve 2 people.

sanaa was a welcome change during my vacation. great meal & i hope you enjoy it!!
