The Weekend Grind 7/28-7/29
 It's the weekend! I didn't get anything in the crockpot yesterday. Got sucked into Kohl's. Who knew they were having such a great sale? I scored a light weight sweater on clearance for $4.50... I love deals! But I have to work all weekend...  Today I have Asian chicken in the crockpot maybe make the apple crisp too... Pack up all the stuff for work party... Work @3p. Have a great Saturday!!

Happy weekend!  Prayers and Pixie dust for those in need. Today's list Balance checkbook-finally done! clean off kitchen counter clean off bureau once over house bag and tag paper clips for swap work on wedding scrapbook and kit pages for tomorrow's crop dinner burgers Tomorrow pay bills crop at 2  dinner frozen pizza Hope everyone has a great weekend!

morning all (just barely still)
woke to a woodpecker pounding on my house I now have holes 3 stories up on my log wall! going to be a scared woodpecker tomorrow if he tries it again! done with school shopping for Eric! He and his Great Aunt did most of it yesterday I got the last few things for him this am. scored big time on ek punches at TJ's, then hit J's to use my 20% off everything coupon yeah me! Today I'm taking a total me day I ate junk food for lunch still drinking my sweet tea and then I'm playing with my stuff. I'm off duty to the world today. Stress has hit the overload button in this house so they are all gone and I'm going to enjoy the peace and quiet. Cassey enjoy your crop tomorrow I wish someone here did monthly ones. Lisa enjoy packing! Deb enjoy the party at least and love the deals at Kohls

Still morning here.
Heading to Lowes need more supplies. To rental to finish last bit of cleaning. Didn't do it last night. Dbf to now the lawn over there and to load up the mower and bring it here. Home Lunch DD#1 to prep room for painting Office unpacking, feeling creative today Paint DD#1s room Dinner- something with hamburger Relax

 Exhausted! Spent from 9-4 at the softball tournament. Made about $50 on 50 cent things, so we didn't do too bad, but what a long day. Home to make a few batches of cookies for tomorrow, watch a little Olympics and go to bed! Betsy brought Sophie and Ryan over for a little visit. I get to watch them on Tuesday and Thursday this week and probably next too. She had to fire her daycare provider because she fed the kids half a cup of milk, toast, and "spicy" fries for lunch yesterday. This is according to one of the other kids who goes there. Yeah, no, she's got enough on her plate right now to have to worry about that. So, I get to be great Auntie next week  Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Morning ladies! Up way tp early on a Sunday.
Gonna head down to my office and finish unpacking it and get my stuff up and functional. Dbf needs to fix his boo boos in ds's room, so he can go back in there tonight. DD#1 had a friend sleepover, they'll be painting her room today. I'll supervise. Dbf has a list of stuff to replace/install, fix, check.out etc today. Yesterday was spent at the rental and Lowes. Rental is done! Carpets cleaned tomorrow am, turning in keys, after I take pics of everything. Have a feeling its going to be a fight to get deposit back. No happy with this company at all! Need to call about haircut appts for everyone sometime this week. DD#3 will be getting her first cut, not just a trim. Ok off to get functional!

Rachel I'd make it known up front that you have pics of the place as you left it it might make the fight less. I'd also make them sign for the keys and place a time of that sheet. Between that and the time stamp on the camera they should know better than to fight it. will say a quick prayer they decide to play nice. hope you have fun in your office.
This am has been all about the blueberries the boys picked. Blueberry muffins, muffin bread and blueberry cobbler. Then I froze 9 quarts! Need to get some motivation but have none so dang tired of drama everywhere around me. At least I only have to work 2 days this week have 2 off then the "boss" is gone for 2 full weeks which will make my job much more enjoyable. Off to play with paper or read a book Have a great sunday all

OK home from DH HS reunion - kinda sad that not many people showed up
I didn't take many pics - hoping to get some from that lady that worked really hard on getting it together I'm going to work on Cameron Park Zoo LOs & be a bum for the rest of the day hope everyone has a great week-end
