Hope everyone has a great weekend - we have lots of cleanup outside, and once the closet area is dried out (fans running as we speak) I'll replace the carpet in there. New fence comes later!! BUT, the BEST news of all is -

I'm glad that you came through with very little damage and everyone is safe. I'm also glad to hear they made it safe and have a great room. It worked out well for everyone!

Fall in the MD, DC, NoVA area is very beautiful.
I am ready for Summer to be over, but Fall in SoCal is not much better than summer. Often times it's even hotter, and more wildfires. Winter is the best time of year here.
