I just happened to think about this today and made a note on my good tips list. I think it is a great idea!!!

Also (and this may have been mentioned already), take a pic of a piece of paper with your info. written on it with your digital camera and cell phone so that info is saved on the sd card (in case something happens to the tag).

"Random" things?

You can buy a waterfan that you might need walking around the parks in the blazing hot heat! If you already have one, bring it!
Also, extra underwear, a brush or comb, socks, and some paper to write on!

For travel I take a paperback book and binder clips. I tear off 50 pages or so, clip them together and carry them in my purse. It's less bulky than carrying a whole book or Kindle and I can throw away the pages as I read them.

I also like to have a few Viva paper towels folded up in my purse. Lots of uses - wipe off a seat after rain, dry a just-wiped tabletop in a restaurant, use to clean glasses or muddy shoes, add cold water and refresh a sweaty neck, clean up crumbs after snacking in the hotel room, heck -add dish soap and water and you can even wash dishes with them.

"Jif to Go" peanut butter tubs (bring from home). Great healthy snack when combined with celery sticks or apple slices while in parks.
Needle and thread! Never thought of that but it's an absolute must-have!
Thanks.

Water bottles are useful so you don't have to buy $3 water bottles every time your thirsty
I bring a manicure set too-minus the scissors. Are you flying in or driving?

Extra duffle bag for either dirty laundry or souveniers, extra hangers (I leave them in the room when we check out), power strip, my own tea bags, sugar, coffee and filters and Downey Wrinkle Release. That stuff works great.

We bring many of the above items. The ziplock bags and ear plugs are for sure items and we also bring...

1. Dish soap to wash mugs
2. Laundry sheets since it is so expensive to buy there
3. Suitcase with food we eat then we have an empty suitcase for souvineers
4. Frozen bottle of coffee creamer for my morning coffee

One thing I make sure to do is have a safety pin pinned inside every bag we use, especially in the parks. You never know when a wardrobe malfunction will occur. I have bailed out many a fellow guest as well!

I also bring a mini speaker with me so I can use the white noise app (ambiance) on my ipod or iphone in the room at night for sleeping.

I always carry a trial size baby powder with me inside the parks. Really refreshing to apply some on a hot day!

Duct tape, it can be used for tons of stuff. In case your luggage rips/tears, and put on nasty blisters to stop the rubbing, and flip flop breaks.
Also, clothes pins. For hanging wet stuff, and keeping curtains closed at night.

I think it is like a stick if deodorant that you can apply to various areas of your body to prevent chaffing.
