well this is my first post in the Dis boards and also our first time staying on Disney property (10th trip to WDW though) 2 adults Oct 26-Nov3 (me and DD 20)
Staying at ASM-regular room 8 nights $1548.66
DDP QS-FREE!! (which is the only way we were able to justify staying on Disney property...this is a trial to see if we like it better than staying off resort)
6 day base tickets included in the room/DDP price
US & IOA 2 day park to park tickets with transportation-$359.94
Flights from Canada-$700.00 (total for both of us)
MNSSHP Oct 31-$155.50
Final total=$2764.10 (DD chipped in $600 and I covered the rest)
I am so happy with this price and all that we will be able to do!! Of course this does not factor in spending money, our reservation for dinner at Chef Mickeys or our food at US/IOA not to mention the huge pigout we have planned for F & W....thank God for credit cards!!

I am at my tipping point when it comes to going to WDW. My family has taken 12 trips since our DS was 6 (he is now 20). Our last trip was sans DS and the trip DH and I are taking in January 2014 likely will be our last. We travel frequently for pleasure (In 2014 we will spend just over 6 weeks traveling: 1 week at WDW, 10 nights in Palm Springs, 2 weeks in Colorado, and 2 weeks in Maui), and I really have gotten to the point where the value at WDW just isn't what it used to be. I know many will disagree with me. Anyway, here is our likely budget for our next trip:

7 nights AKV studio, SV (105 points at $13 per point) = $1365
Airfare on SWA = $480
Town car transfer = $105
La Quinta hotel (park, fly stay...night before our flight) = $105
2 5-day park hoppers through Undercover Tourist = $700
Food (estimate; likely not doing the DDP this trip) = $1000
Extras (mainly tips) = $100
Total = $3855

I do have about $850 in Chase Disney rewards so OOP costs will be around $3K.

December 14-20th at WL. will be our 6th trip this year.

My wife and I usually take 3-4 solo trips and take our Daughters and their families at least twice annually. (Both have a Husband and one - 1 yr old each) We all have annual passes and I'm not including flights & car service.

AP's for Six = $3900
Feb: Wife and me: BWV - $3500
April: Wife and me: GF: $4500
July: All - BC - 3 Rooms: $12,000
Sept: Wife and me: POLY - $4000
Oct: Wife and me: AKL - $4000
Dec: All - WL - $10,000

Like I said, too much.

Room type: 2 bedroom villa
Our group: 4 adults and 1 child (aged 4)
Tickets: We're all AP holders and renewed on this trip
