April 24-May 4 2013
Me, DH, DS 5, DS 3, My Mom
My mom is paying a portion of the room and for her ticket, I adjusted the amounts accordingly. She and I are driving down with the kids, my hubby is flying in a few days into the trip.

AKL/AoA Split Stay

Airfare: $0 (used SW Points)
Gas: $320 (est using GasBuddy & comparing $ to last year)
Hotel on the Road: $200
AKL: $229
AoA: $1700
Tickets: $1241 (1 9 Day adult base, 1 6 Day adult base, 2 9 day child base)
Food: $1400 (OOP)
Souvenirs: $450 (Prebuy GC for me, DH, DS's)
Stroller Rental: $181 (2 single strollers, 10 day rental)
PhotoPass PreOrder: $120

I don't think I'm forgetting anything!
That would put our rough total at: $5841 - about $1800 more than last year, but that's because we squeezed in our trip right before our youngest turned 3 last year, the free child honeymoon period is over now!!!!

Our last minute Spring Break trip:

We'll be in Orlando 3/21-3/31 (10 days!!!!)
Airport parking (when we leave): $120
Airfare (this was the killer for us): $1902
Car rental: $301
1 Night at POP: $116
9 Nights @ 2br/2ba offsite condo: $933
We have AP and are doing 11 nights in August, so 1/2 the cost of the AP: $2445

Grand total: $4594 Not too shabby!

ETA: We have ressies at Tokyo Dining and Sci-Fi. Otherwise we eat CS or offsite. I'm estimating $1000ish for food. The kids bring their own spending $$ and DH and I don't buy souvies.

1 Night at POP $130 (spring discount, room only)
7 Night package w/quick service dining, 7 day hopper, 2 adults, 1 ten year old child, preferred room at POR $3200
Airfare for 3 $974
Rental Car $285
Spending money $500

$5089 YIKES!!!! This is the most we have ever spent on a Disney trip. Sadly the days of paying child price for my soon to be 10 year old are gone.

Really looking forward to our trip in December, because:

Flights: Zero (award trips from miles)
Lodging: Zero (staying at Bay Lake Tower on our DVC points)
Park Tickets: Zero (purchased an AP for our last trip that was just activated this January)

Sooooo, that pretty much just leaves food and souvenirs, but between TIW and the AP discounts, that ought to be fairly reasonable as well. Ought to be able to do the whole trip for under a grand.

Looking at Dec 20-27th
CSR standard view, 2A, 2Jr, 6day base, Basic dining plan = $4300
2400 miles in gas = $400
4n cheap I-95 hotels = $300

I'm not counting on FD - but remember previous Xmas trips checking in on 12/22 and having FD...

I will use my DVR points to pay for the hopper which is about $250.

I'm thinking trip #1 may be more fun based on the larger beer budget
