Is there a FE exchange being organized for our group?

If not, I can try and set something up.

If so, may I please be included? It would be my Mom and I. Ages 27 and ... 48?

Has anyone done a FE before? What was something that really tickled your child? Is there anything you received that you thought was absolutely brilliant?

Hi, I'm new to this and not sure what to do. This will be our first time going on a disney cruise!! We are beyond excited! It's going to be five of us, me, my husband, my two kids (4 and 2 - she will be turning 3 on the trip) and my mom! I'm still a little confused about the f.e.! We are driving to galvaston but I guess we need to book a hotel for the night before we leave! We are so excited and can't wait!!!!

Super Excited for Cruise & Want to Join FE Group!

This will be our first Disney Cruise and we are really excited for it! We would love to join in on the FE fun. What do we need to do to be assigned to an FE group?
Here is our information:
Don't have a cabin number yet, just outside guarantee.
DH
DW
DS - 11
DS - 8

Does anyone know about when we will know who is in our group, so we can plan our gifts to fit each family?
Unfortunately, we are not Facebookers, so if we can communicate through this forum or via email, that would be great.
Thanks so much!

Fe

Happy weekend all! 160 days

When will we get our FE list? I would love to start buying/making soon.

Has anyone seen old navigators from this type of cruise? It looks like this itinerary doesnt start up until September this year. Has Disney done this itinerary in the past? I can find 8 night navigators out of galveston but not 7 night.

Yes, I was looking for navigators too, but couldn't find anything.

I'm not on the Facebook page either. Does anyone have a count on fish extender people/ cabins. I've been trying to keep up but school and work are getting in the way.
Also can anyone recommend a hotel that won't break the bank for 8. I'm so confused about this port and I hear the area around the airport is scary. Has anyone stayed at the Marriott at the airport?
I tried to get a quote from super shuttles but their website keeps asking for a group code?

We booked a room at the Marriott at IAH airport. I would much rather get down to Galveston, but we land late and my girls will be tired so we want to get them to bed. I think it is in the airport.

Have not decided if we will rent a car or take a shuttle down to the port then next morning.

Hotel seekers,

I would suggest reading Trip Advisor reviews online before booking. If there is an Embassy Suites or a Hampton inn, check those out. They come with Breakfast and are usually reasonably priced.

If you decide to book with a third party (Expedia, Hotwire, etc.) remember that you will get a run of the house room. Usually a room that is difficult for the hotel to sell at full price , like smoking rooms or murphy bed rooms. I would suggest calling the hotel first to make sure they will be able to move you to a Double bedroom before you book through a third party.

I work for a major hotel chain and know that these things can cause big issues on special vacations.

Good luck!
