I sent DCL an email at the beginning of June - I was told the cruise director would be James Lynett "JIMMY" but they were not able to confirm the name of the Captain at that time.

Just wondering if you all already have your flights booked out of Houston we don't fly out till Sunday it was going to be Monday but now we need to be in LA for something on the Monday the flight prices are driving me crazy there has been no movement on Sunday flights at all. have I left it to late although I have been looking at them for months!
I am seriously considering driving to Austin as we would save $500 to fly out of there instead!

Galveston transportation update

To the Galveston to Houston Hobby Airport group:

We are all set!

I have reserved a 40 passenger shuttle bus that will accomodate our group and all our luggage. The scheduled pick up time is 10:30am.

If there is anyone who knows a good place for all of us to meet after going through customs please let me know. I thought it would be easier to find the shuttle bus first and then as a group walk over and load up. I'm guessing it will be very hot and no fun to just be outside waiting.

I have put it on my credit card, so I am still figuring out the best way to gather the money from the group...I will let you all know. Thanks!

Thanks for doing this Randy. Let us know what we owe and how to pay, ASAP. You will probably get your bill by next month and you shouldn't have to shoulder the whole amount just before your vacation. :-( :-)

I agree with pahrumpgirl. It wouldn't be a problem to send you the money. Just something else we can mark off of our "to do" list.

Thank you so much for taking on this task! And congratulations on becoming a grandfather again!

Thought it might be but thought it might be a good thing to put there for everyone. That way Randy wouldn't have to feel like he had to ask.

I agree with this thought process too - I did send Randy an email but failed to mention I have no problem sending $ in advance but I should have! Thanks for pointing that out - because it's hard to ask people for money...especially since we don't know one another. But no problem here paying in advance.

Well looks like we are 2 months too early for the premier of Saving Mr. Banks on board. Can't think of a place I would rather be to see a movie about Walt Disney securing the Mary Poppins movie than onboard the Magic or Wonder.

Just getting started

I could use some help with how to do this. Just got signed in and have no idea how to navigate or what to do. If this message makes it out there, it will be a miracle
Companion cruisers are already signed in (Iminakilt) and apparently know what they are doing because they have already signed us up for fish extenders. How will we know how many?
Thank you very much for any help!

: p.s. I Can't wait for this trip!!!!
