Congrats on the weight loss! Feel pity for me while I'm at home looking at your food porn while I'm eating oats and salad! Can't wait to get my hands on all that American cuisine mmm mmm!

Well, tonight I have decided that I shall be the one to win big Wedensday. I'll be 27 million dollars richer, have a lamborghini, audi, boat, $675,000 towards a batch, a $50,000 visa platnum card and $50,000 towards luxury travel.

And i'll spend all day maiking yummy healthy food and exercising in my personal gym. While not being at work. What a LIFE!

So yup...that will be me :D

i just want enough to finance a trip or 2 to disney, PE seats on the plane, a quick side trip for a cruise, a trip to NYC and New Orleans and San Fran and Seattle and Chicago and Boston and Washington, enough money to get some lipo on my stomach/thighs, to buy a nice house & maybe a nice car.. oh, and to pay off my HECS fees and my credit card bill.

that's not a lot, right?

like... $1mil should cover that...

the rest is just gravy

Okay here goes...my name is Kylee and I'm fat! I am 168cm tall and weigh 96kg...

I am very strong and fairly active BUT I'm larger than I need to be. I go to a personal trainer along with my DH twice a week. I can only imagine how large I would be having not done this over the past 3 years! I love going to PT, I HATE getting out of bed in the AM.

My goal is to lose 10kg by January (annual holiday in Bali with friends) and another 5kg on top of that by July 2013 (Disney cruise in the Mediterranean/DRP with friends).

I am truely inspired (and if I'm being honest - embarrassed) by all the from the heart stories everyone has shared. Thank you for listening.

where the rivers of soup run freely and we obsess over all things caloried

naaaaaa....just joshing.....ok, maybe a little obsessed, but its great to bounce our days off each other..the good, the bad, the PMS chocolate fueled....

so welcome to crazy town..population..US!

PS: if i ever see another bowl of soup in this or the next lifetime i think I will go like this

100 Days, 30lbs and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

The title says it all. I'll be in WDW in 95 days, Yay! I gave myself a goal to lose 30lbs before I get there and if I do I will reward myself with a ticket to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! I've always wanted to go but I've never been. I am eating between 1200 - 1500 calories everyday and exercising 90 minutes a day, 6 days a week.

That's a lot of exercise, well done!

Well it's taken me 3 weeks but finally saw a loss: 0.9! Exercising at least an hour a day 5 days a week + two hours one weekend day. And eating 1200 cals. Be nice if I lost quicker but at least the scales are going in the right direction! doubt I'll be at goal in time for our trip in 8 weeks but oh well.

How's everyone else travellonh?

Well done Duffysfriend and Mindy!

I have had no motivation these past 3 days,I suppose I an blame it on my horrible head cold but its not the best excuse. Tomorrow I plan on eating oats for breakfast, soup for lunch and not sure for dinner. Let's see how we go.

Weighed myself this morning, 69.9 kg, the magic number I was after before we went away, so lost 1.3 kg while away..yah

Back to the gym tomorrow..booooooooo.....here we go again.....

Less than 4 months til Disneyland......let the countdown begin again

Wow! I wish that would happen to me on holidays! So, you won't need to be back on the soup then!!!

I haven't been game to come near this thread as I have actually put on around 3 kilos and am now the heaviest I have been in the past 3 years
I am between a rock and a hard place really. The medication I take enables me to walk, but I stack on the weight due to the nature of the substance. I laso watch what I eat and am very careful because eaing junk would just make it worse. It really is the pits

So, as there as nothing I can do about the situation, I will go away heavier, but with a smile and worry about it all when I get back

I went back to the gym yesterday after more than 4 weeks I'm still 67kg. Working as a supply teacher can have its merits but it also plays havoc with my going to the gym. Oh well. At least I still have until end of November '13 to lose my 10kg. And I don't really want to resort to a soup and vegie Subway diet
