Me too, free dining doesn't make much difference to our trips

Count me in. Waiting to see what kind of discounts there will be in October. Hoping to go around my sons birthday which is the 10th so thinking Oct 4-12.

I am hoping for a discount for Oct 25-Nov 3. I would love free dining but a room discount would be okay too. I got a pin code yesterday for 35% off resort thru 9/28/12 so I am hoping the October discounts will be out soon. We are already book thru AAA but hoping for better discounts. If we don't get a pin code or free dining I hope the military discounts will be continued.

Trying to decide between a long weekend in October visit to either DL or WDW. A great code could make the decision for me, as it stands the price is about even for both.

We are heading to WDW for the first time ever this October (2013). We arrive the 23rd and leave the 29th. I hope this is the right place to ask this question. We have already booked everything (accommodations at POR, meal plan, park passes etc). If a discount (on accommodations or free dining plan) comes up now after I have already booked, will we be able to get the discount applied to our current booking?

We have added discounts after booking many times, have never had an issue. Congrats on your trip!!!

Discounts can be applied to your current booking if the room/resort you are staying at has availability. Just because you have a room booked doesn't mean that you will be able to use a discount. You may need to switch resorts or room types to get it.

Going in October as well. Not sure of the dates yet as I am waiting for a discount etc. Hoping for free dining as well. Just got a PIN for free dining for March and for a discount up until Sept 28th. So maybe October isn't too far behind

Count me in too! Hoping for a late October discount. A room discount would be better value for me than Free Dining but I'll take anything they are willing to offer

Count me in!! We are going 10/17-10/26 and doing a split stay between Aoa-Cars and BC. Hoping for a room only or especially military room discount! When did we find out about military last year? Wasn't it August?
