Tonight, baked salmon/roasted zucchini. Tomorrow, Mexican scramble, from Happy Herbivore.

Tonight was Taco Bell. Tues is always drive thru.

Tomorrow we have pork chops and stuffing already made, just heat for 20 min. : thumbsup2

Thursday we're having lobster tails with steamed red potatoes.

Dinner tonight was surprisingly not as bad as I expected...
DS13 talked me in to buying some buffalo chicken bites (frozen, but real chicken), Cesar salad, Mac and Cheese and peas. Nothing I would serve again, but less gross than it sounds.

I have a Boston butt marinading to make some NC BBQ tomorrow! Yummy!!!

last night was Chicken, Sausage, and Oyster gumbo, over brown rice for Fat Tuesday!

Tonight is left over's, got a lot to choose from, Chili, egg drop soup, egg rolls, Flan, Chocolate covered strawberries.... and of course gumbo

I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale yesterday that I had lost two of the seven pounds that I gained while at WDW. I think even with my bad eating habits at home, they are better than my eating at WDW.

Since my dinner is all figured out now I'm obsessing on breakfast. I want something with eggs, but will probably end up with a sausage McMuffin type sandwich. I need to get out of bed, my houseboy just sent a text that he's on the way. No staying in bed until 8PM today!

I always feel like there is a lot of sodium in the food at WDW, I always feel bloated and stiff in the joints. So I feel like I retain water while I am there.
