EPs work for all houses and open attractions...except Rockit. Do what Rip says...if the wait is under 20-30 minutes, wait in the stand by line and then come back and use the EP when it's really busy.

I've been playing it religiously since it was released, but I don't have a Passcard yet. You can pick up and register your Passcard to your account on HHN event nights at the Rentals area (there will be Horror Unearthed signs directing you to it). They have a limited amount, so you would be wise to pick yours up ASAP. You must have an account to register your card.

The first in-park task was released today: visit and scan your card at all 7 houses in one night. The scanners are located at the exit of each house. You'll get points and a badge on your profile for each house you visit.

Kinda hope they have one closer to the S&S area. I'm not sure I'd make it back down that way for quite awhile due due to the start I'll have by Finnegans.

Okay, we're here, but NOT happy. I was told at the GS window near Pastamore that because we did not use our tickets to enter the park that we cannot add the S&S option and must pay full price. We are now on the GS line inside Universal, hoping to hear a different answer.

S & S requires you to be in the park prior to the 5pm closing. Otherwise, you're going to have to wait outside in the general public line. If you have your HHN tickets already, there's nothing else to buy.

They were going to charge $180-something per person. I had called guest services, and they told me that we didn't have to use our tickets to enter the park, so that's what we came here understanding. I didn't say anything to GS in the park, and they only charged us $50-something each. Bottom line, we're happy now, and we didn't have to use one of our park tickets!

I'm sorry that this happened. I never trust Citywalk Guest Services with ticket issues because they mostly deal with restaurant and nightclub issues. I am glad that Guest Services at the park was able to help you out and get you that Stay and Scream price.

How long is the section where you have to stoop down, and how high is the ceiling in that section approximately?

It's very short but there is an alternative route for those who have mobility issues.

The ceiling is short and the actual hallway is short in distance. I would guess it's about 15-20 steps from beginning to end. The rest of the house is walk through.

Thanks! I bet it's really scary... can't wait... we leave for FL a week from today! Hopefully we will be in Ocala at this time next Sunday sleeping over to get to WDW first thing in the morning...
