Letter to disney?

Is there a place you can write a letter to Disney customer service regarding issues and suggestions from a trip we just had. Some involved personnel, resort and some general feedback.

I see others have already pointed the OP to the info requested.

Without knowing the issues involved, I'd also add that when you encounter a problem its best to address it immediately with a manager at the location. That way things can be made right for you and corrective steps can be taken sooner so that others don't encounter the same issues.

If it involves specific cast members, make sure you include the date, time, park or resort (and location) and cast member name from the name tag. The office that gets these can research to see exactly who the Cast Member was, and will send the correspondence, through managerial channels, to the direct supervisor of the CM. Usually a copy will also go in the personnel records.

Often, favorable comments will be read at a pre-opening team meeting.

Thanks guys. One of the issues I did have addressed right away. Of coarse the cast member lied to manager and I didn't feel like taking it any further.

Just a word of advice -- a lot of CMs read this forum, and I would imagine not many of them appreciate being cast as dishonest. I know I wouldn't...

(no pun intended)
Waiting for Godot. Or the bus to the MK, whichever comes first.

Not intended to all cast members I'm sure hope they don't think that I was referring to all of them. This was one particular cm. Who did not tell his boss the truth. 99% of the cast members we dealt with we're fantastic. And some made our vacation extra special. I did send email to Disney with feedback. Thanks for link
