I just got through...
I was hoping for reserved seating for PFTS on 10/20. Only thing available was general admission, no reserved seating no wine view (which I would have done for the seat.
I took the general admission but am now going to worry that my group of 5 will have a hard time keeping together without a table to come back to...

All reservations are made. Got WVL for Nov. 3rd. Made ressies for a culinary demo and wine seminar online while waiting for someone from Disney Dining to answer. Was on hold for about 30 minutes, but did call until 7:45 Central time.

After 60 minutes I finally got through and spoke with a very nice cm, but was only able to get 1 of the events I wanted.

The Brown Derby Signaure Dining Oct. 1 was sold out.
The Italian Regional Lunch Oct. 3 was sold out.

I did get the Via Napoli Food and Wine for Oct. 4.

Pretty darn disappointed, but will still have a great time.
Aww bummer, Sharon. Glad you got something.

Finally got through too! After 2 times of being hung up on after 30 minutes and another 45 minute wait we were finally able to book the Kitchen Memories on 11/9 with Buddy Valastro! Can't wait! Hope everyone is able to get what reservations they want!

Thanks for the updates. Just saved me the need for being on hold any longer.

Most frustrating reservation experience I have ever had with Disney. First "all circuits are busy" for over an hour. Then when I finally did get through, ten minutes of hold before being disconnected. Then another twenty minutes of hold before I read this and gave up.

Did go ahead and make two reservations online, so at least there is that. Just amazed that they don't allow the reserved seating to be purchased online. Doesn't make much sense to make this a telephone stampede.

Well, there's always next year.

53 minutes on hold and then a train breakdown on the way to work, but I do have:

10/16 Via Napoli Beer Pairing
10/17 Italian Regional Lunch
10/19 Tequila Lunch, yes I have decided to do it again.

going online to get general admission PFTS for 10/20.

I was also on hold/on the phone for exactly an hour and 3 minutes, but that was after 25 minutes of constant dialing to get past the "all circuits busy" message. Grand total of 88 minutes start to finish to book just one event: reserved seating for PFTS, an event that could have been made available for online booking!

Yes, I was getting the all circuits are busy too for 15 minutes before I finally got through, so frustrating, but in the end successful!

Oct. 31 Italian Regional Lunch
Nov. 2 3D
Nov. 4 Truffle Lunch

We're also doing the Chef's Table at Flying Fish on Oct. 16.

1st Time

This is my first experience with food and wine. I called at 7am, and after 3 or 4 tries got into the system, was on hold for about 50 minutes. Total call time 1:30. I was able to get 1 out of 4 desired events. After several attempts, CM found the wine view for the PFFTS 10/20 and got it booked.

Wanted 10/17 VIP Marketplace tour, but either booked or CM couldn't find it.

Wanted 10/18 Fulton Crab and Yactsman, book booked.

What an experience.

Going to the 3D dessert on 10/26. This is our first event so I was wondering how you get the tickets. Do we pick up at Guest services will call or are they picked up at the Festival Center?
Always planning the next trip home!

Such a frustrating morning. Called just as the clock flipped from 6:59 to 7, it said my wait time would be less than 30 minutes. Finally got a CM after 45 minutes of waiting. And was told the Italian Regional Lunch on Oct. 6 was sold out, as was the Italian Wine Pairing lunches and Pizza and Beer Pairings during my 10 day trip.

Logged on here and saw people getting reservations for those dates so I called back and was told again everything I wanted was sold out. I guess Disney really doesn't want any more of my money!

Maybe next year I'll get to try a F&W event.
