I have to update mine
...because I added one day and decided to fly instead of drive.
![]() This is for 2 adults 6 nights/7 days at Pop with 6 day MYW non-hopper tickets, FD upgraded to regular DDP = $1533.20 Airport hotel for 1 night = $60 Airfare with Jetblue = $355.20 MNSSHP X 2 (maybe?) = $119.18 Garden grocer order/souvenirs/tips/misc. = $400 GRAND TOTAL = $2,467.58. This could possibly go down another $120 or so if we skip the party. Wow...this added up to a lot more than I initially anticipated! This is supposed to be a budget trip, too!

We are going for 10 days/9 nights in November (my dh, ds and I). My budget/actual costs (for some parts which are confirmed);
Art of Animation Cars Suite inc 7 days park passes and free dining - $4000 (Will add Waterparks once we get close to the trip if the weather looks good for about $150) Airfare - $2300 (waiting for a sale and hoping to get it down to closer to $500 a ticket which will cut this part down to $1500) Legoland - $180 Car Rental (possibly for the whole time, but maybe for just a few days) - $300 Extras (souvenirs, character meal for ds's birthday, extra food not inc in quick service plan) - $1200 Should be between $6500 and $7400 total depending on whether we get Waterparks, how long of a car rental, souvenirs, how much extra food we need above quick service plan etc, etc. |

We are going from Sept 6 to Sept 17 (12 days and 11 nights since we get in by 9 am and are not leaving until that night on Monday
)CSR for 11 nights, free regular dining, 10 day park hoppers with Water Parks and More DH, Myself, DS17, DD16 (we purchased the insurance too) 4023.00 use all Disney transportation Airfare RT 800 (was really excited to get nonstop for 100 pp each way) We always figure around 300 for tips, we do not do much other then new kitchen towels since we go a few times a year so take about 800 total just in case. so approxmiate 5600 but this our last trip as a family for a bit since our son is a senior in high school and is going into the Air Force. |

I will say I so wish we lived closer so we could drive. Well we could drive but that 1000.00 for air is well worth my dh sanity. I don't think my dh would surive 24 hours in the van with 3 girls. |

I lucked out with cheap flights from JetBlue though. At only $89 per person for a one-way ticket, I couldn't resist! And later I figured that if we were going to fly, we might as well extend the trip so...We budgeted for this trip to be no more than $1600 total. The basic package I started with was totally budget-friendly until I decided to add the little upgrades. Yeah...bye bye budget!

Working on a price but ours is cheating really, we have the DVC AP we used in the spring and they are burning a hole in our pockets. Also have DVC points to use up. Been seeing Airtran airfare for around $230 direct roundtrip. Kids are older so we can go anytime things align-but this trip is looking very inexpensive.
Hoppers...........N/C (AP) Deluxe room......N/C (well DVC dues so maybe $75 per night, $525 for 7 nights) Airfare.............$230 ($920 for 4) Total $1,445 plus food.
