MNSSHP & BBB Potential Pitfall?
For those who may have scheduled a Bibbidy Bobbity Boutique appt right before MNSSHP - did you have a problem with them running on time? I have heard stories that they get incredibly backed up before MNSSHP and can see 1 hour or more delays. Anyone have this experience? Thanks.

We did this last year, and there was a delay. Our DD was in the chair about 30 minutes past the reservation time. When we checked in, they told us about the wait, so we went and walked around the castle a bit. We went on Thursday 10/20, I imagine that the popularity of the party day will have an effect. We also went late, with a 7:10 reservation (my first pic is dated at 7:42). I would recommend going earlier in the day, if possible.

If you can't get an early enough time, is BBB in DTD earlier in the day an option for you so that at least you don't lose valuable party time? I know it's not the castle ... but you still get your Photopass photos. Not sure what your plans for the party day are or if you are planning park hopping that day, but that is a second option to keep in mind if it comes to that

Thanks for the thoughts. We're actually arriving in Orlando around noon the same day. I really wanted the kids to be able to rest up a little prior to the MNSSHP festivities, so not sure I can do a BBB session much earlier. Might be better to skip it and do it another time!

We made our BBB appt at 4:20 - they let you enter MK with party tickets at 4PM. That way you have your full BBB experience (even if there is a back-up) and the free photo shoot they do at the little princess store adjacent to BBB all done before the party begins- no stress or pressure.
 We also like to grab a quick counter service dinner just before they close many of the restaurants for the party- we don't like to waste party time eating dinner.

I believe they were running about 20/30 minutes behind that time. I was just glad I didn't have to panic about when we would get in. Just be sure and book first thing the day your window opens - they fill up FAST on party nights!
