The girl on the phone to him says "there are other people here that they let through an hour ago"
He says "Do you want to speak to the police? You can talk to them"
"Actually, yes, put them on, I just sent a truck that way, they have to let the truck through"
Beep beep beep.
He hung up.

20 minutes later he walks in the door, sheepish and looking at his feet, calling his bluff worked
Bahahahaha Good one!

Smack that out of her, I hate people like that!

So, Fifty Shades of Grey...
I read the whole thing in a night couldn't put it down, all 512 pages of it.
Off to buy the others today, there are words I could se to describe it, they might be censored
Very well written for Mummy porn

Rated R?

Who would play the male lead I wonder? My Zac Efron may be a little too young yet...

George Clooney too old...

I'm going to have to think about this...

Same - That's why I'm disappointed that she's cast as snow white in the huntsman

Scarlett is too pretty, Kristen is too ugly

Jennifer Lawrence?

I haven't read the books, so I don't know how much of a description they give of the woman in it, but in Lost in Translation Scarlett looks like "the girl next door" sort of pretty.

I hope my motivation picks up this week, I only have 2 weeks of work until our holidays and I really don't feel like doing any work...

2 weeks!
I'm jealous

They don't give a real description of the female lead, but I don't think she's characteristically pretty, maybe an unusual pretty?

Scarlette is just gorgeous all the time...

I think she's gorgeous too, but it feels "dulled" or something in this movie

Maybe? I haven't seen Lost in translation

Are you going to read the book, if so I won't spoil it for you, but don't read it on the plane LOL

I haven't read Twilight but people are saying it's like that? Vampires I don't think would do it for me...Badly written? Not sure but I enjoyed it

Interestingly, Fifty Shades of Grey was originally a Twilight Fan Fiction, with Bella and Edward the main characters but it was taken off the website due to it's explicit nature, later changing it to be an original piece

I normally don't get sucked into reading books just because other people do (and I'm normally a crime/thriller type reader ) but did want to see what the hype was about, even DH offered to get it for me
So I've never done a Twilight book or movie

See, I don't think she is that pretty She's not ugly, but she's not stunning, she's just, an average looking girl I think... as you said, girl next door.

I read the twilight books in a week! I LOVED then! But oddly I had not heard about them and didn't know what the big deal was. I was filling up with petrol one night and saw the twilight book sitting on the shelf, had never heard of it. Read it that night and next morning, raced out to Target and bought the rest of the series.

I was upset when I saw the twilight movie, because the diving Edward Cullen and the stunning Bella that I had in my head from reading all of the books, was not what Robert Pattinson and even worse Kristen Stewart looked like! I didn't like the twilight movie, but got used to them as the movies went along. But neither character in the movie is a gorgeous as the characters in the book are.

So I know that I will start reading the Shades series and my life will stop whilst I am glued to the book! So I need to wait for some time, when I can stop my life, and read... read... read until the series ends
