Haven't read all the pages but my first thought was EVEREST.
Is is such a different experience at night, and add the fact that due to sunset times and AK's shortened hours, and it is a really rare treat for us. I always plan to hit AK's EMH just to do Everest.

My favorites at night are Test Track and Big Thunder Mountain....the parks are totally different at night, so be sure to try lots of the outdoor rides.

Everest and Splash are both pretty amazing at night... I'd have to throw in another vote for Splash overall!

My fave ride at night would have to be Big Thunder Mt. One of my fave rides in general, but even better at night. Cant wait to see it after the refurb!

BTMRR
LOVE that ride at night. DH & I rode BTMRR in November at 2:30 am. Beautiful, clear night. MK was open until 3 am. Not a lot of folks a that time so DH and I rode it over and over. I can still remember saying to my husband as we went up the lift hill at 2:30 am, "THIS is the LIFE!!!!!!!!" Awesome ride at night. (esp in the middle of the night)
