Wanted to share that I've been working with Yvette for a cake celebrating our 15th Wedding Anniversary, and she's been amazing! We're staying at the Beach Club, so I used the tele number on the first page for the Yacht & Beach club. It's just a mini Mickey's Delight, but we're super excited about it

Do they deliver the white chocolate slipper to the dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare? If so, should I call the GF cake line to order, and how far ahead? thanks...

You can get the slipper at following Grand Floridian restaurants: Citricos, 1900 Park Fare, Grand Floridian Cafe, Narcoossee’s or Victoria and Albert’s.

They need at least 48 hours notice and I wouldn't order it anymore then 2 weeks ahead of time.

We are staying at Beach Club and I am in process of ordering a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. We are celebrating her birthday at Tutto Italia. Since beach club doesn't deliver to that restaurant, we are having it delivered to our room. Does anyone know if we bring the cake to Tutto Italia if they will hold the cake until after our meal and bring it out afterwards?

Spirit of Aloha??

I apologize in advance if I missed the answer in this thread, but is it possible to have a custom cake delivered to the Spirit of Aloha dinner show?

That might have been edible gum paste, I don't know what it tastes like, though.

I'm not sure how to post photos from an iPhone, so I may have to wait until I get home to photo bucket.
Here are the photos from our WONDERFUL cake at 1900 PF for my husband's birthday!

Here's what I requested:
Chocolate Cake with Amaretto Mousse Filling
Fondant over chocolate buttercream
Sculpted frog with gold crown on lillypad with pond scene (cattails)
Cost: $125 (TIW discount added after this)

It was AMAZING!!!! It tasted great, was very moist, and got a LOT of attention from the wait staff! I guess we thought outside the "Disney box" a little!

Cake Suggestions Needed

Hi There! After a brief (ok pretty long) break from the boards (I've been lurking a bit but not as much as I'd like to!), I'm slowly jumping back in and need some cake advice for our trip at the end of the month.

We're celebrating my six (she'll turn seven) month old's first trip (she was there twice while I was pregnant ) along with my son's sixth birthday while we're there. I'll also need to include my eight year old somehow...

We've got ADRs all over the place (Cinderella's Royal Table, Crystal Palace, Garden Grill, Ohana, Chef Mickey's, Akershaus, 1900 Park Fare). From past experience, we've had good luck with the Grand Floridian.

I really love the little cake in post 842 and was thinking maybe something Halloween themed with the Mickey ears (2 Mickey, 1 Minnie) - maybe pumpkins with the ears on them?

Totally open to suggestions at this point. We'll be there the 25th so I'm running out of time.

Also, isn't there an option to the chocolate slipper at CRT - like a treasure chest or ship or something? I was thinking about doing something there for the boys maybe but I don't think they want a slipper
