Half of the time we're rushing around to get things done last minute or we realize we're running behind so we need to catch up

It's been a few days and I'm still having no luck staying signed in.

Anyone figure anything out on how to get this to work.

And before clearing cookies comes up I've done it a couple of times a day since the switch and it doesn't work.

Yes, the clearing cookies advice doesn't seem to work for me either. I am being logged out less often today than in the past few days but it is still happening. Fingers-crossed this is a temporary issue.

Is there a way to clear only Dis cookies? I'm afraid to completely clear all as I don't remember most of my passwords and my computer will wipe out those cookies too.

I've found something that so far has been working!

Make sure you uncheck the first box. I've never paid much attention to it before but I unchecked it and have been able to come and go from here twice and so far so good.

Hopefully it'll continue working because it's been a PITA to constantly have to sign into all the sites I go to because of this problem.

I remember on the technical board, in one of the log in problem threads someone posted instructions of some sort for doing just that. Also on the pic I posted above it has a section to retain passwords. HTH!

Good catch! That would definitely cause the issue if you have the boards as one of your favorites!

I feel like an idiot! LOL! I've been there probably a good 10+ times this past week and never read it because I assumed that deleting the cookies would do it.

On and off here 3x and each time I've come back I was still logged in!

I was having the same problem. Then, I realized that I had cleared my cookies while still on the DIS. I got completely out and cleared them. Now, I am staying logged in.

I spoke to soon. I shut down IE and got back on and now, I'm logged out again. This is a pain.

The disboard cookie, for whatever reason, has seemed to stick like flypaper over the years. After logging out from the board, try do a search on your PC for disboards.com. Once you find it, delete it. I have found that the only way to get rid of it.

Additionally, clearing your cookies, all of them, will also clear many cookies most people would not want to clear. Like throwing the baby out with the bath water.

I stay in on my iPad but not on the Mac. It's not that huge of an inconvenience, and if I can't fix it deleting cookies it won't matter. The improved speed is worth it!
