Hi

We are going to DLR from 12/8 - 12/11!!

Staying at DLH!

So excited! This will be our first family trip together in such a long time. It gets harder to travel together when the kids are in college & working but, we found a couple of days to head to DL!

YAY! I understand how hard it is - both of my kids are grown now, but thankfully my youngest still tags along on a yearly trip. Have a great time!

Girls trip - Dec. 3-7! It is a "Bucket-list" item for my sister-in-law, but she's had to back out because she has to have knee replacement in Jamuary & can't afford to go. We've already postponed from May when she backed out because she just didn't have the $$$. She had a double mastectomy 2 years ago, so weren't going to say no. Now my 2 sisters and I are going to keep the reservations because my oldest sister is currently going through radiation therapy for breast cancer. She should have her strength back in time for our trip - and it'll be a celebratory trip!

Still need to book our flight.

That's great! I'm sorry she's going through treatments, but having a DLR trip to look forward to really does help. Everytime I have serious health set-backs, we plan a trip to keep our energy positive :-) I hope this is a great distraction for you all.

We have booked Nov 29 to Dec 2 at HoJo. Got the super saver rate for 29th and 30th and then reg rate for 1st.
Leaving for carnival cruise on Sunday the 2nd.

Will surprise the boys on flight to Cali with DL trip!

I know! We were there for Halloween last year, now it's time for some Holiday cheer and fun. Oh, I forgot to mention we'll be staying at the Grand Californian...also a first for us.

Check out kayak ASAP! There were some good deals on Friday on airfare.

I'm so glad you and your sisters get to do this together.

We've stayed at GCH twice. It's really nice, but beware - the lobby is FREEZING - even during the summer.

Our family of 4 will be there 12/15 - 12/19 for the first time! We are excited as we have done DW a few times and this our first to that area of the country.

Can't believe I missed our 3 month mark this last week!! Now I can officially say I will be at DL in less than 3 months!! Yeah!!
