Sun 10/28, Tues 10/30 or Thurs 11/1 for MNSSHP?

For those who have been to MNSSHP, when would you recommend we go? I know it'll be crowded, going so close to Halloween, but these are our only options:

Sunday, 10/28
Tuesday, 10/30
Thursday, 11/1 (not sure this is an option, but thought I heard someone mention it)

Our 180+10 will be available in about a week, and I'm trying to firm up my ADR plans. MNSSHP is a priority, though, so want to be sure I plan best for that first.

Thanks for your help!!

We will be there that same time period and we are planning to go on Sunday. We have done Sunday parties in the past with good luck on crowds. The closer to Halloween, the more crowded it gets, so that why we chose the 28th.

We'll be there also.

Trying to decide the same thing. We're driving and won't get there until 2 or 3 on Sunday so we may wait until Tuesday.

I see you're coming from Speedway - we're a few hours north of you. . How long does it take you to get to WDW?

I agree it's best to not go on arrival day. We'll get in on Friday, 10/26, but after getting up super early to catch our flight I know we wouldn't make it too terribly late for the party.

It won't matter from a crowd perspective, as all three of those dates will likely sell out.

Fun!!

We were supposed to go Sept 28 - Oct 7, but my cousin announced her wedding plans for Oct 6th, and DS is the ringbearer. . I was worried about how crowded MNSSHP would be Halloween week, but it was the only other week we could go. We'll just have to get into the magic of things and try to ignore the crowds.

We were planning on Nov. 1, but then I heard someone report (and I looked it up myself) that in 2007 when the calendar was exactly the same and Halloween fell on a Wednesday, instead of a Nov. 1 MNSHHP, they had it on Nov. 2. Since we fly home on Nov. 3, I don't think we want to do the party on the 2nd. So we may have to pick either the 28th or 30th.

Hi there, we did MNSSHP on Nov 1st last year - it was also our last night, the crowd levels were a lot lighter than we thought they would be. We've also done early Sept & late Oct but Nov was definitely my favorite time, would do it again if I had the opportunity.

Anyway, no matter when you do it you'll have a great time.
