well i thought the only disney planning this year would be for DD's summer alaska/WDW extravaganza!!
but no, as it turns out, i will be going to WDW!! ..

And going on the Disney Dream for the first time too!! ..

how cool is that?

the only downside? it won't be with DH, DD, DS, DDIL, DSIL - but rather partly on my own (the WDW part) and partly with my sister and mum (the disney dream part)...
although, it's possible my roommate from university will join me at WDW - my very first trip to WDW ever was with her - way back in 1974 (at the end of our first year at university)....

so i've just booked a room at the Art of Animation resort. Should be packed with families, but it will be interesting to see nevertheless. The single rooms are opening there right at about that time, so at the very least, they'll be clean. It should be fine for just me (and maybe my friend).

and i have a 1 bdr reserved on the Dream for the 3 of us.....so that should be nice...i'm looking forward to exploring the dream on our 4 day cruise!!

so let the planning begin!!

in October so another first - my first halloween party!!!

my sister's real birthday is halloween, so as much as she doesn't really like disney, there is no way she's passing on a party disney throws in her honor!!!!!

the 3 of us will be attending a conference at the hyatt grand cypress (the same one we attended two years ago - but 2 years ago it was in june - they moved it to october for this year).
So i'll come in a week early on my own to get my WDW fix.
and when they arrive a week later, we'll attend the halloween party together. That's more than enough WDW for them.

the conference ends saturday night so the next morning we head for PC and 4 nights on the Disney Dream!!!
i hope they like it!! i know they have very high expectations (perhaps i did just a tad of overselling???
