We have reservations at the Art of Animation resort for early February. I know it will be wishful thinking that the prices would come down a little. I figure they will probably come down for all the other resorts except for AoA since it is new. But, I'll be optimistic and keep my fingers crossed!

Really would love a code for early Feb, wishing for a monorail resort stay this time.

I know that codes were released 2 years ago in early August 2010 for dates in Jan/Feb 2011. It would be nice to just get this booked so I can work on plane tickets too.

FD would be awesome. We have a wish trip coming and we have requested Feb because of my sons PTSD thought the crowds then would be best. Well minus Pres day weekend

You are correct! I too went Nov 2011 and got my package in February with 30% and FD. I am traveling in Feb and hope

that there is a discount or FD. I heard that they have never offered FD during Feb break

I was also told though that packages will be out end of July beginning of August.

Last year free dining was announced on August 3rd - the same day I booked for February of this year. A couple of days later Disney changed the dates, but we had already booked so we got to keep the free dining.

Rates for the new year were released some times in June, which was much earlier than they are released historically.

I was surprised that those dates were blacked out also, but yet it wasn't for the week of President's Day. However, there were cheer and dance competitions on the week ends of Feb. 4-5 and 11-12. Judging from the number of girls in the parks the first week end's competition was a pretty big one.

Planning for Mardi Gras 2013...Hoping for FD!!
We usually visit the week before Christmas, which is beautiful. Next year the kids are out the entire week for Mardi Gras so we thought we would try something new.

Anyone receive FD for Mardi Gras? Hoping its not a black out date...I hear us Louisiana folks tend to take over at that time

We just booked at the Beach Club arriving on 2/22/13. Could only book the room at this time. The prices are ridiculous though. The agent felt that all pricing for packages would be released around mid to late June.

How are the crowds in February? I know that many schools in the northeast are out Presidents week and we will be hitting the tail end of it.
