Mornin' all!!! It's FRIDAY!!!!


Well, yesterday was a wash with everything we did... so today it is time to get things done and knock off some major "to dos"...

Today:

up
make bed (strip and remake)
make lunches x 3
get myself ready (hitting grocery by 830a)
DD up for test this AM (doesn't want to miss class time so teacher said she could make it up this morning)
boys up
ck email/DIS
DD out the door for test
empty dishwasher
to basement & sort
boys to school
grocery
home
rework budget for April (I am very organized with this)
finish kitting pages (Saturday is a major complete the pages day)
cut some titles to finish up pages
DD home for lunch before work
pay bills
DD to work
kit a few more pages
pick up boys
homework/snack
hope the rain stays away so we can get outside and play on the trampoline
dinner
finish kitting pages/cutting titles



It's going to be a good day!!! Gonna take my new car for a spin...then I'll park it and drive my van all next week.... (not letting DS15 drive my new one for a while... well, neither can DH or DD! LOL)

Lisa, we got a Ford Escape.. those things are roomy... Dh sits pretty far back compared to me..and the kid who sits behind him has plenty of room to stretch out and not put their knees in his back (unlike his car and he complains about my van...however my van, the middle seat is pulled up further to give the bigger boys who like the rear seats more room..he forgets that!)

Last day of spring break around here- not that it matters greatly to DH and I other than no subbing phone calls. I have a week long job already scheduled next week however.

good morning, all!

Solar cooking sounds interesting - and so does making paper!

Can't believe how fast the days go, after tha tlong list I postd and go t through the other day, i planned to get in here every day and post. Ha! Like that's going to happen. Yesterday, I went to gym and grocery and then spent a lot of time sitting at my work table looking out the window while I waited for inspiration.

Need an anniversary card for an unusual couple. So far I have a yellow base and a purple overlay with no square corners. But no anniversary stamps on hand, and I can't think of anything to say other than "whacky anniversary" which doesn't seem appropriate.

And as for SCRAPPY inspiration - well, that was so lacking I've posted for help on the sb board.

Today,
Stay out of dh's way (perfectionist, working on guest bath)
make meals
spend more time sitting at my table waiting for inspiration
rake if it dries out any

girls here at 4 ( just her two besties)
order pizza for dinner
cake/ice cream
presents
and then let them loose for the night
I plan on staying in my office working on swap

Sunday:
make pancakes for girls
take them home around 11:00

spray all hard surfaces with lysol
bed early - I'm tired already.

Thanks Lisa, Just moving at a snails pace today. I so wanted to get a bunch of stuff done this week while hubby was gone, but that just isn't going to happen.
The kids were good though and helped to pick up the house a bit, did laundry, DS15 cooked lunch and dinner for the little ones, and they all chipped in to do trash and dishes. Mom popped in to help a bit but they seemed to have everything under control.

Buffy- glad the kids helped while you were sick.

Solar Cooking- have to wait for another day to see if my design worked and how long some things take to cook- it is too windy here today and my oven kept blowing over.

So glad it's friday and I'm already home.

Need to vac the kitchen and mud room ARGH mud season........
supper is leftovers so they can all fend for themselves

Need to make a J's list and see if mom will go tomorrow (use her gas instead of mine) only need a few things but have coupons so I've got to use them.
finish mending pile if machine will cooperate
work on packing list for April crop (under 30 days so I can really start thinking abt this.

have boys start fire may have them vac too. I'm a tired mommy today.

Well the dumpster has arrived, let the hoe-ing out commence! hope you all have a great weekend I'll try to check in at somepoint so you all know that I'm not burried under a pile in the pigpen somewhere.

I'm hoping that I manage to finish the hoe out by wed have to have it done on thurs as he'll be picking up the trailer on friday.

well didn't get to much accomplished today other than my nails and run to joanns...got home and my mom called and we talked for over an hour...after I got back from getting my nephew and megan from school got a migraine so babied that most of the afternoon, finally feeling a bit better....Megan did get her chores done, so will do mine quick tomorrow before we head out!

not going to worry about not sleeping...have ear plugs
