that stinks! Definitely good thing you're not at DLR right now. I'm not sure how hot it is in WDW right now. But just based on how hot it is here I wouldn't want to be there. We're supposed to have a cold front by the end of the week so be in 80's/high 70's after that thank God! Hope you guys cool off soon!

Agreed. I feel like we have been in summer since spring started. There was a story on the news tonight about global warming. I didn't watch it because it freaks me out. Ignorance is bliss

That stinks

We had extremely hot weather for about ten days

Just yesterday, it has finally gone down and now can be outside and be comfortable thank god

Steve bought what looks like a badminton racket, but in fact is an electronic bug zapper.

You hit it with racket thing and you can literally hear bug sizzle

I think we are going to cool down again. Lord how I love those delta breezes when they blow!!



I need a quick vent. My mom is getting on in years, she is 75 years old. Her hearing has always been bad and now she is practically deaf. She will not go to the dr to get them checked to see of maybe they need a good cleaning or anything. Oh no! We just have to yell at her and then she gets mad because we yell. It drives me absolutely nuts!!

Are you kidding me? The only reason she went to the Dr when she had cancer was because I tricked her and told her the appointment was for me. I just want to smack her sometimes.

Next time she yells at you for yelling just tell her you will continue to do so till she gets some hearing aids. If she doesn't like it then she will do something about it. Sounds to me like she just doesn't like admitting she has a health issue maybe doctors scare her? I'm sure it's frustrating for you all ((hugs))

I think it is fear. I get to take her to the pharmacy today. Her prescription didn't get filled. I get to go translate, which means I get to talk for her. I now have a fourth child.
