For some reason, as I scroll through the Featured Shows to find the ads, I get a spinning circle in place of the ads (like the page is loading). I've given it a couple of minutes for it to load but it just keeps spinning. I have the Android version..is this just because it's a Beta and the kinks still are being worked out? Right now, I am getting no ads whatsoever.

The dreaded BK ad got me, too. I only clicked through it a few times. I have over 50,000 points in my account that have been accumulating for a few weeks and I tried to redeem my points and got the dreaded error. I sent viggle support an email. Hopefully my account is reinstated.

My answer from Viggle customer service:


Hello,

I am sorry but due to your activity with one of the advertisements, your account was flagged by our system as suspicious. A ban was placed on your account to prevent you from redeeming rewards and you stopped getting points.

Your account has been restored and you can redeem now.

The advertisement which caused this problem has been removed from our app, and you will not encounter this problem again.

Soooo, I just tried and checked out for a 7,500 reward. Pfew. But I think I'm going to get my account down to zero and quit. Maybe open another account later, idk.

Update: I sent a tweet to @vigglesupport and within minutes my account was restored, points and all! That was easier than expected!

I just opened my account two days ago and am worried after reading about the problems with the bk ads. Which ad is it? I have only clicked on one, and only once. The steven tyler ad? I have seen a different one since then but have stayed away!
Also...
Sorry, I am sure someone has answered this but how many best buy cards can you use at one time? I checked online and did not see a limit. I also asked at my local store but the cashier was unsure herself.

how many points do you get for a 2.5 hour movie . i was watching ghostbusters earlier and only got 141 . i am still trying to figure this whole thing out

1 pt per minute so 2.5 hours = 150 points

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm feeling a lot better that Viggle will be around for the long haul. They posted on FB that there are more than 625,000 Viggle members! And the rewards catalog is stocked full of rewards....I've never seen that many rewards at once. But still no Sephora gift cards, sigh.


All in all, it looks promising, at least to me. I'm kind of easing up on needing to redeem quickly at low amounts...think I'll let my points grow.

I'm happy too! I haven't Viggle'd as much as others, but so far I have $125 in BB gift cards that have been transfered to Amazon Kindle cards!!

is anyone else having issues loading their points? it just keeps loading never getting to the updated amount.This just started today. Im wondering if I should email viggle

Sometimes Viggle's server is delayed in giving out points. My points will show up in the Points History Log, but not update my total score. Sometimes it takes awhile.

Don't be surprised if you e-mail Viggle and they give you the standard answers: "try clicking on your avatar pic" or "do a hard reset" or "log out and back in." Can you tell I've e-mailed them with this problem before? They are of no help, and my points updated a few hours after that anyway.

Thanks so much for the advice! You were correct! I waited and about 2 hrs later it updated all of my points from the entire day! I just need to learn to be patient
