Other viggle members who have received the dreaded error 2045, have said that error means that Viggle has banned the account. And Viggle doesn't seem open to sharing their reasons why they did that, so not sure if you'll get an explanation.

This is one thing I have never liked about Viggle: the way they handle banning members. If you account is banned, you won't find out until you go to redeem a reward. So your account could have been banned for awhile, and you could continue to spend days, and weeks accumulating points and would never know that you couldn't redeem those points.

On another forum board, there were a few Viggle members who got banned, but they didn't find out until they had over 100,000 points. Can you imagine spending all that time to get those points, just to find that you couldn't use them?

I've been busy so I missed the whole BK ad thing but I can't imagine watching the same ad 300+ times wouldn't send up red flags. Start-ups like Viggle often change rules frequently so I would suggest not taking advantage of something like the BK ad to the extremes unless you want to risk getting your account banned.

I have noticed some new ads this morning including an Xfinity ad. (Maybe they aren't new for everyone but I haven't seen them before )

Sorry to hear!

One thing for everyone to keep in mind is the daily limit. Viggle says the limit is not a goal for us to reach, but is used as anti-fraud measurement. Now that it is 6,000 points I think Viggle will have an easier time flagging people who get near that amount. And with our 'Points History' it's easier than ever to see how many ads we hit. Guess that could be the one downfall of the Points History Log.

Not that I'm judging or anything , but I'm not surprised that hitting the same ad for a total of 3,000 points, (half the daily limit), in one day threw up a red flag. But had I come across that ad, I probably would have hit it like mad too!

So i didn't get the 400 bonus for the missed shows from Sunday. I emailed them and they said I did get it. When I scrolled back down I only see the 400pt bonus for the comedy awards but I had already got that on Sunday. This new Viggle is kind of disappointing me. They say one thing and then do another.

Viggle further explained it is are only awarding the 400 points to people who did not receive 400 or more bonus points that night but checked into shows with bonus points.

I had only one show that I didn't receive the bonus points for, no biggie. It's still new and I expect glitches here and there. Still waiting for iTunes though.

Yes, I saw that post on facebook, I checked back I was missing points from 2 shows (GCB and that Fern show on Comedy central). Oh well, whatever, I'll keep viggling because I do like the iTunes cards and Chilis gc (when they're in stock lol)

I have redeemed my Viggle points for BB gift cards several times ($175 worth)and I haven't had a problem redeeming them in the store yet.

I redeemed a few Best Buy e-gift cards last month. Printed them out, and used them in store with no problems.

I'm sorry, that stinks!

Thanks for the advice but I probably be able to find it anyway.
The only way I get ads are by scrolling through the check-ins and What's on.

Even at 6,000 i don't reach anywhere near the limit per day.

I don't know what you ordered, but other Viggle users were saying they tried to use their BB e-cards online to purchase Amazon gift cards, and those orders didn't go through, and then their e-cards were frozen for a few weeks while BB investigated....just sounded like a big mess!

It seems if someone wants to use to BB e-cards to purchase other gift cards, you're better off doing it at a local BB store.

I barely hit the daily limit, lol. I try but I'm at work 8 hours a day so that kills my viggle time, lol.

I'll be home in the summer (I'm a teacher) so I want to see how many points I can rack up in a day.

This is my first post, I hope I'm doing this right! Anyway, I've been on Viggle since I saw the first post (thanks, OP).
I wanted respond to another post, I did have problems with using my Best Buy card online, I tried to order an actual BB gift card sent to me. It accepted the order at first, then canceled it a couple days later. When I used it in the store they would not let me buy a gift card with it, but I did buy a game.
I've used iTunes & Chili's codes with no problem. BTW, iTunes is back in stock
