That is for a 1 day pass. I don't remember the price for a week long pass. I want to say I remember seeing a sign at the spa on the Fantasy that said it was $99 for a week long pass, but I could be wrong about that!

You'll get different answers for different cruises.

They used to be $99 for a single for a week (I think $149 for 2 people). Then they went to $144 because you got 5 pots of scrubs. The last cruise I was on (although it was the Wonder) it was $112 for a week, no scrubs. Also, there were no daily passes sold on board, only those who had pre-ordered could use them and the spa was still overcrowded and I got a refund for those I'd pre-purchased because I felt it was too crowded to enjoy.

So you answer is somewhere between $99 and $144 for a week.

I remember when the week pass was $75.

I paid 199 for a couples pass. It was like 150 for one, so we added my friend as a gift. You don't have to be a couple or even in the same room.

Not that this addresses your initial question (completely) but it may be better to do it day by day then do a full week pass. I know we didn't have time to use it every day even if we wanted to so it was wasted money

True - I did not expect that it cost so much. We did dream couple years ago and even tho I do not remember how much was the 3 day pass I do remember that we thought that it was a good value but we discover it too late.
So we planned to buy the pass for full lenght for our next trip but $200 for shower sounds too much
