Wow - you were at Remy the same day we were! Our seating was at 6. The meal was incredible. We also had Celia, who was fabulous. I hope you had a wonderful cruise!

In between the truffle and the lobster, Chef Benoit visits our table:

May have to do some educating guessing in the next post!

Paris- Brest
We had this dessert as part of the Remy Brunch a few days earlier, and liked it SO much, we asked if we could have it again for dinner (since we were dining on an "at sea" day and they were likely to have the preparations from brunch still available, especially with advance notice....) - and yes!
Choux Pastry with Praline Cream ![]() We also ordered one other dessert, Chocolate Croustillant ![]() .
