I just added a post-cruise stay at the Hilton Diag Mar Barcelona at $208 with DCL. Renaissance was already sold out with Disney. I have the Renaissance pre-cruise with DCL for $204.00..

jel - did you book the Renaissance on your own? And are you going to use DCL transportation to the port?

No, I booked through DCL and I am taking DCL transport to/from the port.

Us, too - only we'll be doing it in before the cruise prior to this one. I think there are more people from this cruise staying at the Renaissance pre-cruise than there are on the June 15th sailing. You all will have a great opportunity to have a "meet up" pre-sailing. We are staying one night post-cruise there, too.

I knew not to look. Our Delta flights this morning are $40 less than when we bought them. But yesterday they were $40 more than when we bought them.

Either way, they are much less than DCL was charging

I have 2 of our 3 plane tickets booked but am hoping Delta comes down in price before getting the last one. I figure I have a couple of months to keep checking before I have to book the last ticket.

Hi

Does anyone know if Palo has stopped serving it's delicious pizza at dinner.

I was looking at a menu on the DCL website and there was no mention of them

except the sweet one on the desserts menu.

I hope they have not stopped serving them.

Yes Palo no longer serves pizza at dinner. You can get them at brunch. The new shipwide manager of thought they weren't fancy enough for dinner, do he removed them from the menu. We didn't miss them, as there is so much food. I actually got to enjoy my entree and not be stuffed before it arrived.

They wouldn't make it on the cruise or on the Fantasy this summer for dinner. Still have it for brunch.

I figured out what we're going to do for Fish Extenders! I'm usually last minute on these, and with doing both cruises and needing to not have too much weight, I figured out what we're going to do! We will keep them simple and hopefully you all will find them of use - and they won't take up space in your luggage for your return trip home! Now to order materials

FWIW, I'm copying what someone else did for us on our Alaskan cruise and we still use it!

Hi fellow cruisers,

Has anybody been to the raffle that is held in Vista Spa on embarkation day?

I have never been to the raffle as I have forgotten all about it with all the goings on when you arrive on board. Are children allowed in for the draw or do they have to stay outside? I just wondering if I remember to go if I will need to leave the kids with DH.

We haven't done it either, so I don't know about whether they let kids come in or not. How old are your children?
