Yep, I know that ... come of the cast members (in retail shops) tell me they notice the guest first ... then the lanyard ... then the KTTW card. They also tell me, it is not uncommon for one person in a stateroom to use someone else's KTTW (same stateroom), in order to obtain a discount. A quick visual glimpse of the lanyard (with CC club level, as well as name on lanyard) ... and mental comparison to the name and CC club level on the KTTW goes a long way.

How many people have lost, or misplaced their KTTW card?

When found by an honest person, it would likely be turned in to a cast member. On the other hand, there have been many instances of a less-than-stellar guest opting for a quick purchase in the retail shops. Comparing their lanyard to the KTTW card is a great idea!

We're looking forward to seeing you guys ... we're currently preparing for Western Caribbean (December).

Is anyone going to WDW before the cruise and running the Everest Challenge? I think I've convinced DH to do it with me. Now I just have to wait for my DVC booking window to open up.

Candida and I are planning to be at WDW before the cruise. I will be doing the Everest Challenge as a solo for now.

12 days ... sounds like an excellent vacation!

In the rare instance when we stray from DCL, we often find ourselves either looking for the Mickey smokestacks, or referring to public rooms or restaurants by DCL names.

Maybe we'll see you there then. Trying to decide if we're going to bring the kids to the after party. James is not 100% if he wants to do it but I keep trying to convince him. I think it looks like a blast!
