awe that's so sweet taking your 14 yo cousin! I think the poly is perfect for teens! Mine would definately agree.
Now that he is hooked, you can just kinda mention how it would be nice to go back to the Poly. Maybe play some Poly loop in the background!

i had to bank points last year because briana wanted to stay at the contemp. for her hs graduation present. we decided on the poly this year and after that, ill have enough points for 2 trips per year. (12 night and an 8 night)in points. we were talking about next may staying at the grand. flor. for a few nights just to say we stayed at all the monorail resorts. we are more of the relaxing, less metropolis people ourselfs. i guess that explains the love for okw.

I think I would like OKW! I just don't like the buses and renting a car and driving on property its too nerve wracking!
The points??!? Use em for our DisDad convention in January. I am going to ENSURE we have a hospitality suite! Gonna be fun!

Since I foot the bill for my parents I just tell them that we're going and the dates they need to be available. I'm taking my mom in August as well. My dad says August is too hot.

August is really hot. But a burning hot day in Disney is ten times better that a warm day in in my living room.

Good morning everyone!

Carl I think if he survived September (which was awful) he can survive August. He just needs to put his big boy boxers on!

i wont be able to make it. i only get 15 vacation days. i use all 15 going to wdw for two trips per year. i do have 5 sick days i could use but i try to save them to take tammy to the dr. in philly. hopefully that will be only 2 times per year after feb. but i guess time will tell.

There's been trips I couldn't afford more than Pop. I've always jUst been happy with what I can afford. Maybe next year but I'm really doubting it for this trip.

Thank you so much for another beautiful thread!!! Your amazing pictures and information are taking me back to this time last year, when we were getting ready for our first ever trip to the Polynesian. We caught the Poly bug in a big way while we were there, going so far as to add a night because we couldn't bear to leave. My DH, who initially balked at going deluxe (we were moderate people before this), has now said that he would be happy if we never stayed anywhere else!!!

I'll be checking back here often between now and the first of May...we are so excited to be going back to the Poly!!!

Keep these amazing pictures coming! They really help to pass the time!

Maybe I should just shut up already and book Pop! 2 rooms at Pop gives us 2 bathrooms and some extra space. I'll rent a fridge for the 4 nights and all will be well until we get to the Poly.

Don't know what the AP rates will be. But for Spring...POP is cheaper than All Stars...ALL WILL BE GOOD SIS

Do the rooms have a DVD player?
I'm used to the DVC rooms having one, but it's been awhile since we've stayed in a non-DVC Deluxe resort.
I looked on Tikiman and on the front page of this thread, and I didn't see it mentioned. So, no?
