Selling DVC from UK
Anyone had any experience selling DVC from the UK?

I sOld mine last year through timeshare store, really quick.
I paid 10% to them plus 10% FIRTPA which you can claim back. They also fees for the solicitors to help claim back firpta, then they was small fee to Disney. Everything was done really quickly.

Selling through the Timeshare Store is fairly easy, but it's not a great time to sell. Take a look at the asking price for the hundreds of contracts on sale out there.
By the time you take off the commission, taxes, exchange rate etc., it's a poor deal. All the best
