I couldn't find the number of servings so I figured the calories. We made it in to six servings good size servings (figured 300 cal per serving so about 6 points). If you know someone who has access to the recipe builder from weight watchers you could have them run the ingredients through. I did use 93/7 hamburger instead of ground turkey and only used a pound. A pound was plenty to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. I used about 6 good size dill pickle spears (I love pickles). I found 1 tablespoon of fat free thousand island was enough to cover the top of a serving. Saved calories there. I ended up only needing 8 1/2 slices of cheese to cover. More saved calories. Besides lettuce we also cut up grape tomatoes and put them on top. Just reheated the one left over serving in the microwave for lunch. It reheated great. I feel like I've had a hamburger two days in a row. Not sure how I would like it with ground turkey though.

I was going to assume 6 servings too. I'm actually planning to use ground chicken breast which is very low in points on WW. I'm a member myself so I'll put it in the recipe builder to figure out the points. I like the tomato idea, I'll be doing that too!

Tonight we're going to my mom's to celebrate my brother's and my birthday so we'll be having a charcuterie board, stuffed shells, turkey turnovers, steamed veggies and cookies & cream cake.

This week's menu:
Sunday - quinoa stuffed peppers (WW recipe)
Monday - salmon croquettes (never made this last week)
Tuesday - chicken in lemon caper sauce (WW recipe), pasta, veggies
Wednesday - burgers made with ground chicken breast, topped with blue cheese, salad
Thursday - tom yum soup (never tried making this but I'm excited to try, it's one of my favorite Thai dishes)
Friday - Big Mac casserole (WW recipe, idea from this thread), oven baked fries

Once again it's been awhile. A friend of mine went out of town to be with her mother during surgery so I've been babysitting her kids the last few days and feeding her family while she's away. Wednesday was cheesy rice and broccoli casserole. Thursday was another reincarnation of my pizza pasta with my mother in laws rocky road cake for dessert. Tonight oldest daughter went to a dance where dinner was provided so I went with a little of this and that for the rest of us. The boys had smoked chicken and we all had coleslaw, grape tomato's, strawberry's, croissants and artichoke hummus. Tomorrow we are going out for lunch before taking my daughter to a science museum for a belated birthday activity. The rest of our plans are:

Chili Mac and mixed vegetables
Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup
Potato and Cabbage saute with polish sausage for the boys
Minestrone soup
Salad bar night
Hotdogs/veggie sandwiches, mashed potato's and veggies
Turkey/black bean burgers, walnut stuffing and veggies
Taco night

Consider yourself patted.

One of the good things this board does is give us a place to celebrate these small victories.

I've been posting my meal plan on my blog. Had no idea this thread even existed so here I am with my plans for the week (actually for the month since I decided just to plan till the end)

Sunday: Pork Roast w/Brown Rice and steamed veggies
This has changed since I created my plans as John wants to have leftover Beef Stew from last night with cornbread so we will save this meal for down the road.
Monday: Ranch House Crock Pot Pork chops

Tuesday: Amanda’s awesome Chicken and Dumplin’s

Wednesday: Leftover Chick and Dumplings

Thursday: Breakfast for dinner (not sure what yet..eggs or pancakes)

Friday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce and salad

Saturday: Grilled Steak w/Baked Potato and steamed veggies

Sunday: Crock pot Turkey Breast w/Stuffing and brown rice

Monday: Leftover Hot Turkey sandwiches

Tuesday: Soup and Grilled Cheese

I am sorry to hear that you have been ill. I hope they find out what is wrong so you can get on the mend quick

Tonight we are having a vegetable pasta bake. I was going to make lasagna but forgot to get noodles so I am improvising rather than going out to the store.
