THOSE TIGERS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I could look at those pictures all day long.

I love how Disney makes the animals feel like they are at "home" and not at some nasty zoo. Why Disney is 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 0000000000000000x better than any other place in the world.

I get emotional over animals too! Tigers (okay... cats in general) are my favorite. They're so gorgeous I can't even deal with it!

Your tiger experience sounds awesome! That kind of thing just warms my heart. And I'll get started on the script asap.

Tigers are definitely beautiful animals. They always look so calm and collected too. Must be because they're cats and they couldn't give two shakes about anyone else.

Wow, they really were getting close to you! That's so cool.

Tiger jailbreak movie? I'm there. I'll right the script.

AWWWWW your pictures of the tigers are just too cute!!!! I LOVE tigers! I can't believe how close the tigers were getting to the window, I probably would have cried too! Or worse, I would have done my annoying, shrieking, waving my hands around like an idiot thing that I do when I see cute animals (I feel bad for my DH when I do that, but I think he's used to it by now, I have no control over it, even in public, when I see something cute, I start freaking out!) I went to our a zoo once, I can't remember if it was the Bronx Zoo or the tiny zoo we have here in CT, but it had those windows where you could see the tigers just like that, and one of them kept coming up to the glass, and even put his paws up on the glass and stood up! It was overwhelming, he was soooo gigantic!

*Sigh* So yeah, I like tigers a little! Great update!

I'm not going to lie, I have also shed a tear just by being in the presence of a tiger. Those big boys bring all the emotions out!

Ohhhh Disney has such good looking Tigers!
They should really be in Epcot with the rest of the super attractive CMs...

I have spent my whole day sitting and reading your TR, hahah. I was cracking up, you're great! Now, I feel so out of the loop and I should be scorned for this question but is Livin It Up a song that Stacey sings? Or that's on her show (show? channel? lifestyle?)? I am trying to remember but it's an off day. Try not to judge me too hard for not knowing - my family is unfortunately not fans of Stacey Well this was a rambling I'm off to go read your previous trip report because who does summer work anyway?!

So could I. It's really hard to tear myself away from that area of AK.

I agree SO much. It breaks my heart when I see animals in small enclosures just sitting there looking so sad. The animals at Disney look so natural and content. It's really a beautiful thing.

It was totally awesome, and you're right it was very heartwarming! They just make me so happy!

haha Probably. Even though I'm totally a dog person, I love the attitude of a cat so much. They crack me up.

I know, I really couldn't believe how close they were!

Thanks! Yeah, I was definitely freaking out. It was just such a unique and awesome experience. I mean, it's always amazing to see the tigers, but they were just so in your face this time!

AWW! That sounds amazing! I would totally lose it if I saw that!

Yeah, it's so overwhelming just to be around them that I can't help but be totally emotional.

Hahahaha oh if the tigers and World Showcase CMs were in the same area I would just collapse.

I agree, I'd be happy going to Disney anytime, but going during a special event season/low crowd time just adds that extra level of magic onto everything.

That song is really one of the best. Just like all the songs in Tangled. I seriously love everything about that movie.

You definitely should apply for the Disney Store job. I'm sure if you did it after the Halloween store closes, Disney would be hiring seasonally, so then you could do seasonally to test it out and then just be awesome and they could hire you permanently. I am already loving it SO MUCH and I have worked like 6 hours. And 5 1/2 of those hours were on a computer training. But it's still perfect.

AHHH don't even get me started on the perfection that is ToT. WHY ISN'T IT OPEN FOR US TO STAY IN OVERNIGHT?! Suri can have the freakin castle if they let us stay in ToT. And they should give us free bathrobes. (I spilled coffee on mine and it stained and I suck at getting stains out. ) Any maybe even a towel wrap too. And some pins of course. OMG so you know how they do pins of characters on rides? They have really great ToT ones but the image of Pascal in a little bellhop uniform just popped into my head. How adorable would that be?!

Anywho...so that's interesting that the tigers are mutts. Because I was wondering if they were a special breed because they just seem so exceptionally orange and then I couldn't remember if I really thought that last time I saw them or was just thinking it now that I saw yours and maybe you just had great camera resolution or something. So hmm. Crazy. And awesome. I feel the same way with tigers about you. Your post made me cry also. But mostly because I saw some tigers today at the zoo. (And no it's not even close to Disney so the tigers weren't even close to me, like for you) But still, I zoomed. AND THE TIGERS PLAY-FIGHTED! AND WRESTLED! And it was crazy. And then I lost my camera. I'm actually pretty sure it was probably the guy who stole your lanyard. Okay I made that up but it's so frustrating. Because you know, Disney fairies would magically find the camera so I can get it back but I'm not in Disney so that won't happen.

Anyway...I gotta stop writing you novels so I can get started on my Tiger Jailbreak script. What should it be called? I'm thinking...BENGAL BREAKOUT. Because the only orange they'll wear is the orange they were born with!

Lia, you have made my day. I've read the entire report thus far and don't think I've ever laughed so hard. Your pop culture/TV/music references were all caught and hysterical. Your love of Stacey, including the screen grab on your first post still makes me belly laugh when I see it.

Your report has brought a lot of joy into my life and I can't wait for the next installment. You know how to create a TR worth readin' and I thank you. Some can be a little dry and long, yours are deliciously delightful. Keep up the great work. It's rare I ever read a trip report and feel like I know the person but I think you and I are about the same age and literally share all of the same affection for fine humor of the ridiculous type, the lighter side of life and general silliness. Oh, and obsessing over Disney doesn't hurt either.

Appreciate the spectacular work you've done here and thanks for making me smile.

I hope so! I'm an assistant manager at my Halloween store, so I'd really LOVE to have that job at the Disney Store!!! I'd start out as a sales associate though. I just want to be be surrounded by Disney stuff all day haha.

Strangely enough, I actually find Goofy's Barnstormer way more scary than BTMRR. I have a bit of a heights issue so the mountain itself is kinda comforting because I never really feel like I'm off the ground. That's why I pray to god I'm never on Space Mountain with the lights on. I'd go into full-on panic.

OK your tiger pictures are absolutely gorgeous. I am so jealous that they were actually up and moving around. I would have cried too. When I was younger, I spent years obsessed with white tigers after I saw them actually being active and stuff at Busch Gardens. I still have the little white tiger snow globe I bought to commemorate the day. Tigers are such amazing animals.

It is truly amazing to be surrounded by Disney stuff all the time! I find new stuff and freak out every day. It's so perfect. Plus then not only do you know when everything goes on such great sales, but then you get the CM discount on top of them. It's SO AMAZING. I love it sooooooo much!!

Just the idea of Pascal in a ToT outfit makes me smile SO MUCH! Gahhh I can't even tell you how many people come into the Store looking for Pascal stuff and he has been sold out FOREVER. Like C'mon Disney! Can't you tell how beloved that little guy is? MAKE MORE OF HIM IN EVERYTHING!!

I cannot wait until you have a ToT bathrobe too. Please take a pic while riding ToT for me. And then we can be like twins!!

No luck with the lost and found. It's also frustrating because all you do is leave a message but they have such high volume that they only call you back if they think they have it. So who knows? At least I didn't lose it like right before a Disney trip or anything. Just have to add a new one into expenses now. And I hate being old enough to have "expenses" and "budgets" and such. Those sound like such disgusting words.

Bengal Breakout is in the works!! You should also star in it, btw.
