EasyWDW plan for Magic Kingdom

Hi Friends,
I've planned our trips for years with the help of DISers, TGM, and many others. I decided to look at EasyWDW today, just to see what it's touring plan might look like, but I can't seem to find it. I've seen the other three parks, and I've done searches and then scanned through pages and pages and pages of results with no luck. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Christy

I don't think this is customer support for easywdw.com!!

What you are looking for does not exist.

I think you have to create your own touring plan based on their suggestions of best days for which parks. Look on the right hand side of the home page and scroll down to find the month you are going to WDW(Right now they only have until June 2012). Once you find your month, click on it.

The first part of this new page explains how to use their calendar. Once you scroll down you will see the calendar which advises which park is best to go to on that day. Then past the calendar, the entire next few pages go day by day for the month explaining in detail why they chose each park as best or worst for that day. With this information, you then can make your own touring plan of which park to go to each day.

They also have each park listed on the home page, and then you can get more details about each attraction at that particular park. You have to scroll down almost to the very bottom (Ride and Attraction Reviews and Information). Each ride/attraction has a "When to go" section. You again have to read through and see what time of day they recommend you going on the ride, getting a fast pass, etc.

There's a lot of information there, but as far as I know it doesn't create a customized plan for you. You have to put a little effort into it. Anyone else know more?

I hope that helps!

Create your own plan. Use easywdw to decide where to be on which day, look at what the most popular rides are in that park. Pick out which ones are important to you. If any of those do not have FP (like Dumbo), ride them first. Then get FP/ride the others....
Josh will tell you when something is vital....like getting to Soarin and TT first when you enter Epcot at rope drop, or TSM at DHS. MK doesn't have that sort of situation because there are many rides, so you have to decide what is important for you.

I've seen a few sample plans posted in the forums there by the website owner. You might post over there for answers.

Our basic plan goes like this:

Arrive at opening.

Ride Space Mountain. (Pick up a FP if you want a second ride later.)

Ride Buzz Lightyear.

Head for Fantasyland and ride all the dark rides there (Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Snow White, Small World).

Ride the Haunted Mansion (it shouldn't be too busy if it's still early).

Go get a FP for either BTMRR or Splash Mountain.

Ride Pirates of the Caribbean.

Have lunch.

Take your time exploring the rest of the park, using FP for anything that has a long wait. Make either BTMRR or Splash a priority, depending on which one you got the first FP for.

I wondered that, too

I'm pretty sure that these blog posts are what the OP is talking about: easywdw plans.

There's a plan for EP, AK, and HS but not for MK that I could find either.

So, I don't think the the OP is being lazy as most of the PPs seem to suggest.

Exactly what I was about to say. I really liked using easywdw's touring plans for the other 3 parks, and was disappointed that there were none (yet) for MK. Hopefully Josh will be coming up with some soon. In the mean time I've made a custom touring plan using touringplans.com.

Wait a minute! I NEVER assumed the OP was LAZY! I just thought she was looking for a ready made plan on the easywdw site. I didn't think what she was looking for was located there and was trying to guide her through the site. I was trying to help her realize that the info is there, but has to be put together on her own.

There was no judgement in my post, or in anyone elses that I read. We are all trying to help her. I think YOU are being judgemental of the rest of the posters! NO ONE INFERRED THAT THE OP WAS LAZY!

My apologies, Kanga. I guess the first reply just struck me as very rude, so I focused on things like "You have to put a little effort into it" and took it the wrong way.

Angry

Well, I'd hoped it wasn't Josh from easywdw. If it is, I've lost a lot of respect for him. Way to support fellow Disneyphilies...
