Does anyone have or know where to find updated menus for Laguna and CSR room service? The ones on allears are quite outdated. TIA

I'll be staying at CSR next month for my first time (I've only stayed off property and at ASMu) and I am so happy to come across this thread. I think I will either be requesting Cabanas or Casitas, probably calling tomorrow to do so. I think we put something in as a special request, but in the off chance we didn't I'll cover myself.

Which do you think if better for myself and best friend? We are both in our 20s and don't need perfectly quiet areas, but would like some quiet (we had a family next to use as ASMu last year and there were screaming kids up at 6am). We would like to be near the main pool, but also bus stops. Both areas look great from the pics in this thread.

Another question, DH and I would like to have a drink or two after the kids are down. Is there a sitting area outside the rooms? We would like to sit outside and have a drink without disrupting the kids while they are falling asleep; but they are little so we need to be within ear shot of them. Thanks

No balconies, just the outdoor corridors/sidewalks to your room. There aren't even 2 chairs in the room, as it comes with a desk and chair instead of a table and 2 chairs.

Either of those sections would be fine. Ranchos would be fine as well, if you don't mind the distance to Pepper Market. Ranchos is also near the Dig Site.

Loud neighbors can make or break a stay at any resort. We had a very quiet room at POFQ last summer until mid-way through the trip when a family with 2 LOUD girls arrived. I always hope for quiet neighbors, and we're pretty quiet ourselves.

I really DO want to live there!
I circulate my paper clips at work so they all get used or I feel like they'd be sad if they didn't get a "turn".

My family and I will be staying at CSR September 29-October 7th, with free dining. This will be my 8th WDW trip, but it is our first time at CSR and we can't wait!

Just completed my online check in! Just 10 days to go!

This is our first stay at CSR, so I don't know if this is new or not, but when you do online check in, it gives you an option to request which section you want to stay in. I've never noticed a choice like that at other resorts - only vague selections like "first floor" or "close to transportation".

Do you remember what the other choices were? Thanks!

I remember Cabanas, Casitas, Ranchos, ground floor, and close to transportation. I might be missing something, but those were definitely there.
