Awww that was nice of the CM to give you a flower!
Yay, love going to to DTD on the first Disney day! We never really schedule it that way, but we always seem to end up there! Your windows were so cute, I wish I did that last year at POR! ![]() Can't wait to see who's at the door...

I probably built up the knock at the door to be a lot more exciting than it was
![]() It was the Disney Florist with a delivery!! For Tim I picked out a nice Halloween gift to surprise him with! We are terrible with surprises so I did catch him off guard with this one which was very fun ![]() Plus the Hidden Mickey book and a set of ears (not pictured here) and Halloween rice crispy treats in the shape of candy corn and mickey ears (not pictured - we snacked on these early in the trip and I forgot to get a picture )I was so happy that I was able to surprise Tim I was pretty proud of myself (little did I know at that time he had a surprise of his own) ![]() I forgot to mention while we were at DTD we spotted a guest services area and went in to get our MNSSHP tickets which we paid for and had waiting at will call. I also upgraded my ticket to an Annual Pass I was so excited!! Plus we purchased the Tables in Wonderland card to save money on our food After our surprise we finished getting ready and were off to MK for the party...we were there right before 4 and there was a line to get in. Once we were in we noticed right away that Mickey had no line for his meet and greet area..we went to say hello ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Our first character interaction and our fun Halloween shirts - which I think were a hit at the party and I am so happy we got these ![]() Up next...we get to partying at MK |

Can't think of a better way to start the party than getting to say hi to Mickey himself!
The shirts look good. That was a great idea to use them for costumes for the party, without having to pack a bunch of extra stuff.

The shirts are adorable!
Presents are exciting! Especially when they include books and food I didn't realize the Florists delivered such un-flower-y gifts! Were they the regular ears or halloween themed as well?

That was so sweet of you to get a surprise present for Tim. Very thoughtful!
What better way to start the Halloween Party than to see the man of the hour, himself? And you guys both look so excited and happy in the picture. Now I can't wait to hear how the party went.

I love your ring! I'm so happy for you all. Have you started looking at Disney weddings?
Sounds like the trip is off to a great start!

Your shirts are adorable! I can't wait to read all about the party. We got to go for my DS's 5th birthday which was a whopping 6 years ago. That was the best time we ever had at Disney. I'd love to go back and do the party again but it just doesn't work out with DS's school schedule.

Looks like a nice gift for Tim...and I'm glad you pulled off the surprise! He'd better get his act together if he's going to top that.
